Chapter 9

Victoria's P.O.V

Summer was flying by so fast so i was scared of cameron not asking I could tell Meri wasnt excited to go back home because of her past she never really told any one what happened to her and i feel bad because she she has to go home everyday with that weight on her shoulders. Im so glad she meet Matt because if not she would be really depressed like always the girls dont really know what happened to her but i do and it will not be any of my business to tell the girls its her business so when she is ready to tell them i will be right by her side supporting her every move Meri has always been like a little sister to me ever since the day i meet her she was so shy and evrybody would make fun of her for being the new girl and called her names. I wouldnt like her being called names so i stood up fofr her and if they were going to make fun of her they would have to make fun of me too and all of the bullying stopped and we became best friends and it turns out we had a lot incommon. Meri always used to wear braclets to hide her cuts and when she stopped and they turned into scars she stopped wearing them when im old enough i am am going to adopt her so she doesnt have to go through anymore pain.

Meri's P.O.V

I was cuddled up on the couch with Matt while he was playing with my arms and he seemed really intrested in them but when i looked and him he started tearing up and thats when i remembered the scars i immidiatly pulled my wrist back and hide them.

"Meri why you are so beautiful to be doing that to your self" Matt said "Well i was a really long time when i was a freshman i had abusive and uncaring parents who beat me if i did anything bad or if i did anything at all they didnt care about me." i said tearing up I have never told anybody this story but i really trust matt so i said "the abusing started when i was 10 but before that i was a happy child with no problems i dont know why but when i came home from school one day my dad just punched me and called me worthless and it went like this for 2 years just being hit and called names and then when he felt that the name calling wasnt making me feel pain he did something terrible to me he.. he raped me his own daughter and didnt know why and every time i was beat i cut myself for everytime i got hit i made me feel better when i got to high school i was made fun of alot and people would hit me and call me names until i met Victoria and she flipped my world upside down she stood up for me when no one else did and now she treats me like her sisiter and she protects me from harm i dont think i would be here if it wasnt for her..." " i will never let anybody touch you ever again" Matt said while holding me.

"Here's what's going to happen when summer end your gonna go home and pack everything you need and your gonna fly back here and your living here from now on and you will never go back to that horrible palce ever agin." Matt said "okay" i said with a smile on my face because he saved me and we just layed there the rest of the day watching T.V.
