Naomi's perspective
The sounds of the helicopter are getting louder.
"RUN!" I scream and take off down the alley. The trash cop is close behind me. I cut around a corner and kick open a door of one of the buildings. I had been here before. I come here when I want to get away from everyone. The cop was close behind me.
"We should be safe in here." I say. I run up to the top floor where I have a clear view of the helicopter that is attacking us. I grab my gun and aim at the helicopter. It was a big military one.I decide that my handgun will not be good enough so I go to the shelf on the wall and look through my other guns. I grab a sniper rifle and locate the helicopter. I fire a few shots and duck out of sight.
"What are you doing?" The cop asks
"Trying to get us out of trouble." I say
The cop grabs a gun from the shelf and starts firing at the helicopter.
"I don't think I ever asked what your name was." I say just realizing that I had been referring to him as 'the trash cop.'
"Austin." He says ducking out of view of the window
"I'm not sure if you already know, but my name is Naomi." I say firing again and hitting the large gun on the helicopter.
"I know. You are a legend. How people think they have seen you. And that you are the reason for military helicopters being shot down by a shooter." Austin says.
"Guess i'm not as hidden as I think." I say taking a final shot and the helicopter goes down.
"You know, I would ask you out, but I don't know where to go because you want to stay hidden." Austin says.
"We can go on a hike. I do that all the time and don't get caught." I suggest.
"But where? There is like no nature anymore." Austin says.
"I know some people who can get us there quickly." I say going down the stairs and out the door.
"Who?" Austin asks walking out of the building.
"You'll see." I say closing the door tightly and making sure it was completely shut tight.
Austin's perspective
I am really confused about what Naomi means about going hiking. But I just go with it. She takes us down some side streets and knocks on a door. A blonde woman with a large machine gun slung over her shoulder opens the door.
"Naomi!" She says hugging her.
"Hey Crystal!" Naomi says hugging her back.
"Who's that?" Crystal says noding her head to me.
"Austin" Naomi says
"Why is he in a cop uniform?" She asks
"It's ok he helped me shoot down a military helicopter." Naomi says.
Crystal nods and gestures for us to follow her inside.
"So how can I help you?" Crystal asks as she leads us down a hall.
"We want to go hiking." Naomi says
"Alright." Crystal says. She leads us up some stairs and opens a trap door that leads us to the roof. A black helicopter was waiting. It had a diamond with a flame in the middle. Crystal leads us inside. She sits next to the pilot and kisses his cheek.
"Naomi and Austin want to go hiking." She said to the pilot.
"Where?" The pilot asks looking at Naomi.
