At this point, it was understandable that no one was really happy anymore. So many things went wrong over the past few months and it felt like an earthquake ran through this group of friends, leaving most of us hurt. The earthquake was ending though, and all this pain, all this hardship, would soon be a thing of the past. Sure some damage may be irreversible, but with enough effort, our friendship can get back to its shining best and keep thriving.

With all that said, let's get back to reality. I turned up to training everyday to see Wonyoung looking down but training hard. It felt like it was my fault but at the same time, what am I really to do. Yujin was training harder than ever and really just disconnected from the world. I was there to keep her in check, making sure she ate and that she rested when she needed. Last thing I would want is her hospitalised from overworking. We were all doing our best at training and the atmosphere might have been less lively, but it sure was way more professional.

It was good. Everything seemed to be looking up. We braved the storm and got through. Opportunities lay ahead of us and rather than seeing things as dead ends, those dead ends looked like new beginnings to me once again.

"Hey uhh... Would you be so kind as to meet me tonight by Han river tonight?" Wonyoung asked me during one of our breaks.

"Yeah sure. But why?" I asked, a little curious by her sudden request.

"It's nothing. Just want to get some things off my chest once and for all." She looked down as she almost whispered those words.

I nodded in reply, "Ok, see you later tonight."

Later that day, we met up at the Han river. She led me to wear all this headache started and I started getting nervous. When we got there, she turned around, looked at me and said, "This is where my living nightmare began and I hope it can end here too."

I look at her, a little unsure by what she meant. "I'm sorry for everything and let's just let things get back to how they were." Then I understood. It was a chance for things to go back to how they were.

"Ok. Shake on it?" I reached out an arm.

"Yup." She reached out her hand too. Damage has been done, but time heals all wounds and we will be fine soon. It may be slightly awkward and annoying for a while, but everything should work out in the end. (End.)
