19. Mission Two

Chapter in P.o.v of Erika

Typical of Esme. Lock me in a room with the guy I'm still in love with who doesn't want me no more.

"I'm sorry for how we ended things last time" Klaus looks at me.

" it's not your fault, we weren't even together, we argued a lot. It was for the best ... right?" I ask him.

"Right" he responds and puts his head down.

"But what if it wasn't?" He looks up at me.

"W- what?" He stutters.

"What you said this morning... was that about me?" I dangerously ask.

"Umm, im going to have a look for some food I'm starving in here" he avoids the question and wonders around the room.

After a few boxes he comes along a pack of water bottles and sandwiches.

We spend a few hours in silence eating and laying there.

I notice a note that says "tell one another how you feel E.S"

I point to the note and Klaus looks.

"For goodness sake Esme." He says frustrated.

"Klaus, she's right. We need to talk." I say softly.

"You're right." He sits down by me. "Erika, yes. You were the person I was talking about this morning. Look at you. You make my jaw drag across the floor every time I see you. You make my heart beat ten times faster. I haven't stopped thinking about you since the day we met and I don't think I ever will. I'm so lucky to have met you. I just wish I would have never let you skip through my fingers. It's my biggest regret every day."

" oh wow, Klaus. Why didn't you tell me. I haven't stopped thinking about you. I'm so in love with you that it hurts. It hurts being able to see you walk around and have a laugh without me there. All I ever want to do is cuddle into your arms. I want to show you off and have you show me off and for us to be official. Klaus. Will you be my boyfriend?" I ask smiling at him.

"Of course I will, how could I ever say no" he grins and picks me up to spin me around.

He kisses me on the lips and continues to spin me around.

The kids begins to get more and more deeper. He soon brings me towards the wall. My legs wrapped around his back as my arms are around his waist.

He kisses my mouth softly and passionately as he holds onto me tightly.

Suddenly there's a click and another.

I jump down and Esmeralda walks in.

"Right guys super happy for you an all but let's keep it PG" she laughs.

"Thank you for this Esme, we needed it" I thank her as does Klaus.

We walk out of the room, his one arm thrown over my shoulder.

In Jac's classroom

"I did it! It actually worked Jac.  They're all happy and together." I jump up and down happily.

"Awe good babe, glad" he says whilst typing on the computer.

"Awe baby, what's up?" I sit on the end of his desk facing him.

"You've been so busy helping everyone else, where my attention. You skipped 2 of my lessons." He looks at me sadly.

"Awh I'm so sorry. I just needed to do this okay? I'll make it up to you I promise. This weekend at my place? Parents are away. You can stay the night" I kiss him on the head and run out.
