Smaug X Reader X Thranduil .:You were mine first:.

You cautiously stepped into the large cave. Only 15 years of age, you were very adventurous elf and entering Smaug's layer was on your definite bucket list. You were not here to steal his gold nor to take his treasure. Simply to meet the dragon himself. You stood upon a great mound of gold and heard rustling to your right. You looked over to see Smaug himself staring at you. Quickly, he flew towards you before morphing into his human form.

"What are you doing here. Presumably stealing my gold and treasures, young theif?" You shook your head as the tall man- er... dragon? Both? Anyways, he looked human and dragon. He still had red wings as well as scaley hands and feet that stopped and faded away at his knees and elbows. He still had fangs and horns as well as pointy scaled ears but dark curly locks covered them. His eyes were practically glowing gold orbs. He wore black and dark, deep, blood red leathers as well as gold chains.

"Answer me!" he nearly shouted. You hadn't realized you had been staring at him and shook your head.

"I simply came to meet you, o' great Smaug." you whispered.

He raised a brow before speaking, "Why?"

Gulping you looked down before up into his eyes, "I've heard stories of you and quite honestly, I admire your strength and bravery."

It had been years since you and Smaug had first met and you had become extremely close. But in age, comes responsibility. You had to meet others and not just meet with Smaug. You had stumbled upon the prince (at the time); Thranduil.  The two of you fell in love and to say that Smaug was jealous, protective, and down right angry was an understatement. He had you first. You were his. Not 'the stupid royals'. Now, you were going to elope with the elven royal and couldn't be happier. You had decided to tell Smaug and invite him to the wedding. Carefully, you slid down a slope of gold and bumped into the large dragons side. He opened one large eye before looking at you and transforming into his Human form. You opened your mouth to speak but before you could say anything he held your face in his hands and kissed you. Wait. What.
