Summer had rolled around somewhere in the past month and that meant graduation. No more high school, thank God. Sure, Loki was glad to be done but he was also sad.
♢She was seventeen and she was far from in-between
It was summertime in Northern Michigan
Ahh Ahh Ahh
Ahh Ahh Ahh♢
His best friend, and girlfriend, (Y/N), was not going to graduate until the next year and the poor graduate had to leave for college. Being the kind yet mischievous he is, he decided to plan a summer long trip to the beach. Just for the two of them to spend together before he had to leave and they wouldn't see each other for God knows how long. Today was the day the couple was leaving and Loki and (Y/N) had packed everything into the back of his car, heading to Michigan. Once they arrived after a long car ride filled with talking, laughter, and fun on general, they checked into their condo (which was right next to the beach) and unpacked before heading outside and starting a fire as it had gotten dark.

Talking by the campfire It's the simple things in life, like when and where
We didn't have no internet
But man I never will forget
The way the moonlight shined upon her hair♢
Loki and (Y/N) had spent plenty of time running through the shallow water near the shore and talking around the fire together. They never wanted it to end.
♢ And we were trying different things
We were smoking funny things
Making love out by the lake to our favorite song
Sipping whiskey out the bottle, not thinking 'bout tomorrow
