I spent the whole day wallowing in bed. One of Grayson's oversized hoodies made me feel comfortable. It's been a week since he told me about Ethan. Emily was out for the day, so I was alone. Today marks the one year anniversary of my parents death, ironically.

October 19th.

Grayson: Hey, how are you today?

Me: Just grieving. I can't believe it's been a year.

Grayson: I know, do you want some company?

Me: I wouldn't mind but you don't have to come over.

Noah: I don't mind, I'll see you soon.

With that, I put some shorts on and brushed my hair and teeth. I went into the living room and turned Netflix on. We would probably just chill and watch tv.

About ten minutes pass, and there's a knock at my door.

"Who is it?" I asked, obviously knowing it was Grayson.

"Lauren, open up." He laughed a little.

"Hi." I smiled at him.

"Hi " He smiled back. His smile could light up a whole city.

I looked at the clock and realized it had been three hours. Time flies when I'm in his arms. Anytime we're together I feel like I'm on cloud nine. He's so perfect.

"Thank you for being here with me." I said bluntly. All he did was hold me tighter. We continued to watch the tv. His presence was enough for me.
