Chapter 17 No New Friends

Shawn Pov.

"You're the only person I can count on to be there" maria mumble.

But I understood all of it. I kissed the top of her head.

"Come on" I say pulling her in the room. It was just me in there since Carter went out for a while. And we all know where matt was.

I sit next to Maria telling her "Everything was going to be Okay"

"I'm sure Matthew didn't mean it he was probably only thinking about himself and not others that tends to happen when he gets mad" I say wiping the tears from her face.

She looked at me with a concerned face

"Why would he be mad" I sighed

"Matthew came up to me earlier saying *he was kind of mad because you always hangout with a lot more other people and not him and that you spend time with these people like they've known you forever and that your always kissing someone* " I explain to her

"Matt said he misses when you guys were together he said he loves you but can't date you he said he wasn't good enough apparently so he doesn't think right with all this stress on his head." I said finishing up what he said.

"Just don't give up on him" i say.

"So he knew about when Me and Aaron kissed on the plane?" She asked

I just nod

"I can't do this right now. I need my space right now. Shawn thanks for everything but just give me space for a while." She kissed my cheek And with that she ran out the door.

Maria Pov.

I ran down to Aaron, Brent and Hayes room.

I knocked on the door

"madison come on " I yell from the other side and start walking to the car

I get out the car and go to the front door. I open it to see Jc passed out on the couch. Ricky laying on the floor. Sam laying on the coffee table. Connor cuddling a pillow in the corner. And trevor on the dining room table.

"So how'd it go" kian asked from the kitchen

"I wanna go home now Just me by myself back home while you guys come back on sunday." I sigh

"What happened" he starts questioning me

"Call shawn and ask him. I wanna go home so call dad and tell him i want the next available fight home" I say getting a little loud

"Umm ok" he says and I go upstairs And start packing.

Madison Pov.

"Where are you going" I ask maria who's packing.

"Home." She says blankly

"Why"

"Im sorry but I just need to I will see you on sunday" she says hugging me.

I call Mak cause I'm pretty sure she didn't tell her cause she would convince her to stay.

ON PHONE WITH MAK

Mak: hey girl you know what time it is

Madi: yes I do but I think this is important right now. Maria is leaving to go back home idk why i heard her talk to kian and she said ask shawn.
