Dammit ~ Chapter 4

Kami's pov

When I finally got out, I went to my room to get changed into sweats. Then headed back to Mina's. I used a spare key that she gave me and went in. She was asleep on her bed so I pulled the blankets over her. "Kami?" She faintly said while stirring awake. "Yeah, it's me. You can go back to sleep." I said in a calming voice. "Can you stay?" "Yeah, I'll be right over there in the chair." I lightly stroked her hair and went to sit.

I woke up the next morning at 7, I guess I fell asleep at Mina's. I got up to check on her and she was still sleeping peacefully. Then I decided I might as well make us breakfast.

When I got downstairs, Momo and Jirou were on the couch cuddled under a blanket watching tv. "Morning girls!" I said cheerfully walking over to them. "Morning Kaminari." They both said in unison without looking away from the screen. "Do you two want anything to eat? I was just making me and Mina some breakfast." "No thanks, we already ate. You're lucky we were here first, someone made a mess of the kitchen. We had to clean it, there was burnt ramen in the microwave, a soggy popcorn bag in the sink, and what looked like an explosion mark on the floor. It was probably Bakugou." Momo turned to look at me with a smile. "Y-yeah, it was probably Bakugou..." I turned away and started walking to the kitchen feeling awful.

'Bakugou would kill me if he found out I blamed him. How did Momo not notice my whole hand and lower arm was bandaged? I feel so bad that they cleaned up my mess. I figured one of the teachers already would have.' I was snapped out of my thoughts when Todoroki and Midoriya walked into the kitchen hand in hand. "Hey Kaminari!" Midoriya yelled pulling Todoroki behind him. "Hey guys!" I accidentally yelled nervously. "Is something wrong?" Todoroki asked in his monotone voice and stared at me with his piercing eyes. "No, no, you just startled me. I was lost in thought." I tried to act casual. "oh."

"Did you guys come to get breakfast? I was gonna attempt to make eggs for me and Mina, if you want some." I asked trying to be nice. "Sure that would be great!" Midoriya said cheerfully and pulled his boyfriend to sit at the counter. "Are you and Mina dating?" Todoroki said still maintaining his cool composure. "WHAT!!! HOW DO YOU JUST ASK SOMEONE THAT SO CALMLY?!" I accidentally freaked out, great now he's gonna suspect I'm lying. "I didn't hear a no." "OF COURSE NOT! WHY WOULD I LIKE HER LIKE THAT?! YOU ALSO THINK TOO MUCH OF ME! HOW WOULD I EVEN GET A GIRL?!" That was not what I meant to say. Shit.

Of course when I looked up Mina was standing in the doorway. Frowning. 'How long was she standing there? I screwed up.' By the time I got out of my thoughts Mina was running back to her room. "You fucked up babe." Midoriya gave Todoroki a disappointed look. I started to run after Mina and Midoriya ran after me.
