After I finished my third G & T I felt a little bit tipsy and high. The coke had taken effect. I decided to have a look for my suite. That was on the top floor I was told. There was an elevator that I took just of off the foyer. Everything was pristine in this hotel. The cleaners had done a spectacular job. I found my room and knocked on the white door. I had given the card key to Leon you see.

Leon then opened the door, "you took yer time," he turned around and took a seat on the long L shaped sofa. "We are living the high life Ella," he said. I still felt the cocaine I had taken, it was moreish. I felt like I could run for days. "Go on," Leon said as he picked up the remote and changed channels. I was about to speak but Leon cut me off, I found myself stumbling to sit by him. "Can you believe it," he caught my attention. "Over five hundred channels I reckon."

"That's great love," I said.

"Well, go on, what is the food like in this joint?"

"Have not eaten anything," I said, "I don't really feel hungry." I slurred my words just a bit. "What about you? I would have thought you would have taken advantage of room service by now."

"Ordered a whiskey as a matter of fact. Single malt aged fourteen years. So, go on what was the CEO of  Auxilio like? Heard she is a bit of a mad one. Rules with an iron fist inside a velvet glove. Supposed to be a bit of alright."

"A bit of alright!" I bitterly say.

"Well you know, for a woman in er forties."

"Fifties," I correct him. "I get that. She is more plastic than the Barbie dolls I use to play with."

Leo guffawed at that remark and a smile erupted on my face.

"Well, I'm starving," Leon said as he stood to his feet, he walked over to the small circular table and there were two-seats around it. There was also a menu which was laminated. "What do you fancy?" Leon asks me. "I'm thinking, jeez, I didn't expect that."

"What is it?"

"The price," he says, his eyes bulging out of there sockets. "A hundred slaps for a steak!" Leon says in disgust.

"Here," I stand to my feet, then stumble, then regain balance. "Let me put through the call. Do you want a steak? I'll get you the steak."

"And you have the money?" Leon sounds surprised.

"Well, I have that cheque, don't I?" I found myself saying. "I reckon I can get it for nothing." I picked up the phone and proceeded to call room service. "Em, hello."

"Room service," the woman on the other end said.

"Yes, I would like a steak brought up to the presidential suite if that is not a problem."

"Oh no problem at all," the lady with the soft voice said. "Is it for em. . . Ella Nijinsky?"

"Yes," I answer.

"Everything is complimentary." the receiver said. "Is there anything you would like with your steak. Some potatoes? Veg?"

"Just a tick," I found myself saying. "What do you want with your steak?" I asked Leon with the phone resting on my shoulder momentarily.

"Eh, yeah, chips and onions and a bit of veg and em, oh yeah, the pepper sauce, all on one plate if that's alright."

It was a bit of a mouth fall to recall but I relayed Leon's order to the receiver.

"Just give us half an hour if you don't mind."

"Not at all," I said.

"Is that everything?"
