Valt's pov
I wake up and slowly get out of bed, I dont see Honcho or Kitt, they must have went for breakfast, I take a shower and head downstairs, the envelope inside my jacket pocket, I stand at the door to the kitchen and put on my mask(his act).
"Hey guys!!" I yell excitedly, all I got back was a grunt from Silas, and a couple of annoyed mornings.
"a guys last day of living and thats all I get" I mutter under my breath, luckily no one appeared to hear me "Hey where's Free?" I ask genuinely curious.
"He said somthing about training all day, so you probably wont see him till tomorow." Cuza said.
"Oh okay then." I said as I get up and start to walk away.
"Where do you think your going, you havent even touched your breakfast." Shasa asked.
"Not to mention training, or did you forget as usual" Silas says, It takes all the energy I have not to yell or scream, but I somehow manage to put a smile on my face.
"I'm just going out for the day." I look over to Honcho and Kitt "Bye guys." They give me a confused look before saying bye aswell, once I leave the room, I head out to my destination.
* 30 Minute later*
I go to the training center in the place where the championships ae being held and search for Shu, I continue searching until I hear his voice.
"Let it rip!!" He yells, I walk into the room, he doesn't notice me yet.
"Hi Shu." I say without my act, I now realize how sad and emotionless I sound.

Shu' s pov
"Hey Shu." I hear a voice that ive never heard before come from behind me, I turn around and am shocked to see Valt, but.. he doesn't look like Valt, he has no emotion in his eyes or face.
"Hehe, shocked huh? yeah I expected that, I just came here to say 'Good bye'." He said.
"Huh?" I look at him confused, he then comes closer to me and puts something in my hand; A small letter.
"This is for you, dont open it till 3:00 'k ?"
"..." I dont respond, I cant, my body is literally not letting me, all I can do is look at him, he then turns around and walks out, but before he does he mutters something that makes my heart stop.
"I know you hate me, but I could never ever hate you, Shu Kurenai."

Free' s pov
I look at the time on my phone as I take a break, its 2:28, right now I'm on Wattpad reading a Fanfiction called 'Brothers' when I get a text message from Valt.
Valt: Hey Free.
FreeTheDeer: Hey Valt, what's up?
Valt: Bye Free.
I get confused by his message.
FreeTheDeer: What do u mean bye? U just got on.
Valt: just bye.
*Valt aoi has left the chat*
At first I'm confused, then the thought dawned on my and I got into full panic mode, I hop off the rock im sitting on and climb up the cliff in less than a minute as I run to the car where Raul and Chris are waiting for me.
"Woah you okay, what happened??" Chris said worriedly.
"THAT DOESNT MATTER RIGHT NOW JUST DRIVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN BACK TO THE HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yell so loud you could hear it echo on, Chris and Raul hop into the car and drive as fast as they can through the desert, I jump anxiously in my seat as were driving, I dont answer the question they ask me as thousands of thoughts go through my mind.
*23 minutes later*
The second the car stopped I noticed.
"WHY THE HECK DID WE STOP?!" I yell.
"Theirs traffic ahead, everything jammed, we gotta wait a whi-" I dont hear Raul finish his sentence as I jump out of the car and run as fast as I can, my lungs are burning but I dont stop, I cant, after running for 5 minutes straight I finally make it back to the hotel, I stop to catch my breath only for a second before I burst through the doors.
"VALT!!" I yell as I search for him, after searching everywhere I see Bc sol running towards me.
"What's going on, we heard yelling?" Shasa asked, I glare at them making them step back.
"Where.is.Valt" I ask harshly.
"W-WE SAW HIM R-RUN INTO THE W-WOOD-D-S" Kitt manages to stutter out.
I'm gone in a flash as I run into the woods, I look around for a while before I see an opening I race to it to se Valt about to jump,a note held under a rock was next to his foot.
"VALT WAIT!!!" I yell as he jump, I jump forward nd grab his hand just before he falls out of reach, at first he's shocked then he smiles warmly at me.
"Bye Free." He says still smiling.
"VALT DONT YOU DARE LET GO!!!" I yell as he loosens his grip on my hand.
"Hey, its alright, just let me go, i--i cant take the pain anymore Free." He says as tears start to fall from his eyes, i was already crying my eyes out.
"valt please dont go, your only 11, you have your whole life ahead."
"..." He's quiet before responding "You were always their for me,so thank you for that, tell Toko, Nika and my mom I love them with all my heart." He says as he lets go completely and starts to fall, I look away, not being able to bear to see him die, when I looked again he was gone.
"VALT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
