You woke up, big mistake, as you hadn't slept well during last night at all. You had had restless sleep, and agitated dreams of deformed forms and never resting shadows trapping you to their never-ending game of hide and sneak like a cat and mouse. One was about one of the wars you have taken a part in, the lifeless corpses and empty eyes haunting your mind. You had run away, but the faces never let you, corpses hovering over you as if trying to quilt-trip you. It had been awful.

The dreams still flashing through your mind as you arduously opened your eyelids, seeing the worn-out tent and two sleeping form inside of it. You groaned. It was probably early, too early for your taste, as you tossed and turned around, trying to get a comfortable position and drift away to the world of dreams once again. However, luck didn't seem to be on your side today, and you groaned as the gentle waves of sleep didn't take over you nor brushed over your fragile form. You groggily sat up and accepted the fact that you were not getting sleep until the evening again. You sighed. You seriously wanted no one to see you this tired, as when sleepy, you would get overly emotional and sensitive, which meant the fact that you were most likely going to cry today a lot.

You wiped the last remains of sleep from your eyes and as silently as possible, crawled your way out of the tent. You bit your lip in frustration to hold the string of swears inside, as the entrance to the tent wouldn't close. Finally, you were able to close it, and you let out a frustrated grunt. The lack of sleep was probably way worse than periods for you and you were afraid of how many you would piss off today with your attitude. As you shook your head out of your thoughts, you took a notice at how cold the air was. Sure, it had been chill before, but now it was cold, even though the light of the sun had painted everything with its colors already. The cold wind bit your face and froze your hands like a cold shower after a warm bath. You quickly opened the entrance of the tent, grabbed a scarf with you and closed it again, wrapping the warm and fluffy scarf around your neck. You bit your lip, pushing your hands into your pockets so they wouldn't freeze, and started to head towards the campfire. If this continued, it would snow soon.

As you walked, you realize that you had no idea what time it was. You took a mental note that after camping you should get yourself a watch or something. However, despite the fact that it was probably really early, since Hungary hadn't woken up yet, you came to the conclusion that somebody must be awake already. The sun hadn't risen fully yet, and some stars staying as the reminders that the country had just hours before belonged to the darkness, sparkled on the sky faintly. You sent a sheepish smile at the stars, as if smiling at your own child, understanding the longingness of the eternity the stars must to face. To be surrounded by so many, but actually be lonelier than ever.
