Elena (On Hold)

Caught

Phillip narrowed his eyes as he saw Elena and King Victor departing the hall hand in hand. Phillip followed quietly wondering about how Elena's attitude had changed. One minute she was spitting fire at the king and the next she was holding his hand.... What was going on? Phillip's stomach twisted with jealousy as he saw Elena lay her head on the kings shoulder. He hid in the shadows and watched them welcome on another into each others arms. Phillip jumped as he heard a voice behind him.

"Fool..." the voice hissed. Phillip shuddered as he felt the cool touch of a dagger to his throat. "Why are you spying on Elena?" the voice whispered their warm breath on his cheek. "Tell the truth or die...." 

"How am I supposed to tell you when you have a dagger pressing into my wind pipe?" Phillip asked gasping as the knife left his throat. He was just about to make up some excuse when he was forcefully turned around. His eyes widened as he came face to face with Katie. Her red eyes flashing. 

"Answer my question," she growled flipping her golden hair out of her face.

"Speak any louder and we shall be discovered. You could be told off for spying as well." whispered Phillip a small smirk on his face. 

Katie's mouth opened and closed. "You still havn't answered my question she said with her eyebrows raised.

"If you must know I was following the king to make sure that Elena did not strike at him." lied Phillip.

Katie's face flushed in anger her red eyes flashing. She was about to speak that was before her face drained of colour and she was tugging on Phillips arm. "Move," she whispered hardly even moving her lips.

"Why should I?" Phillip hissed back angrily.

Katie closed her eyes and said, "We're doomed." She closed her eyes as two shadows appeared behind him.

"Well well. What is going on here?" 

Phillip turned around and stood beside Katie and sighed as he saw that the two shadows were King Victor and Elena. His Beautiful Elena.
