Elena (On Hold)

The Meeting

Elena smoothed the front of her dress quite nervous as she was about to meet the king that she was supposedly going to marry. She jumped as the door opened but sighed in relief when it was only Phillip. "Phillip," she said smiling weakly.

"Elena,"  he said with a wide smile taking her in. She wore a longsleved ankle length dress that was the same unusual purple as her eyes. Her hair was worn down in long curly dark brown waves with only a long silver chain entwined in her hair to keep the wispy bits back. Her cheeks were a bright rosy red and her lips soft pink.

"Phillip?" said Elena confused. "Phillip are you alright? Is King Fain ready to see me?" she asked rather quickly.

"Wha? Oh yes. Lady Elena the king is ready to meet you..... Good luck," he said awkardly. 

Elena smiled back weakly self consiously smoothing her dress again as she opened the door to confront the King of Andromeda. She bowed as she neared the throne. Even though she hated the man infront of her he was still a king and she had to show respect no matter who the person was. "Lord Fain you wished to see me?" 

She heard footsteps as he desended from his throne. "Yes... I did," he said slowly. He grabbed Elenas chin to look into her eyes. His eyes widened as he saw their unatural colour.

"What?" said Elena angrily ripping her chin away from his grasp. She cried out as his hand struck her face.

"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT! SHOW SOME RESPECT TO YOUR KING," screamed king Victor in fury his blue eyes flashing.

YOU ARE NOT MY KING!!" she screamed back angrily. "I AM A PRINCESS FROM ANOTHER KINGDOM. NONE BUT MY FATHER RULE OVER ME. she puffed from lack of breath her cheeks now tomato red.

King Victor's mouth opened and closed in shock.

"Well?" growled Elena waiting for him to speak puffing stray hair away from her face.

"I- no one has ever talked to me like that before.... not even my mother and father!" 

Elena snorted most unlady like and murmed, " That explains why your so rude and aroggant." 

King Victors face reddened and was about to shout again when Elena interupted him, " How do you have the courage to marry a princess from another kingdom without her fathers permission and then insulting her and her kingdom futher by screaming in her face?" she laughed as his face turned purple. No time for respect now. She thought. He's already had his chance and he blew it! 

"When I decided to bond with you I did not realise that you were a princess!! When Phillip told me it was to late. I had already anounnced to my kingdom that we were to be bonded." he said softly.

"NOT ONLY DO YOU MARRY WITHOUT PERMISSION BUT YOU ANNOUNCE IT WITHOUT MY KNOWING?? I HATE YOU," she screamed. She heard the door open and she swung around. Two men walked in. King Victors guards. Their swords were drawn.

"Are you okay my king? We heard shouting and came here as quickly as possible."

"Take my wife away... Don't let her out of her chambers. The last thing Victor saw was Elena's beautiful mouth opening and closing in shock. His heart ached for her. But it was to late now.
