I Love you

(Y/n) p.o.v.

From a while my whole life was a mess. I cannot talk to my friends because I was too busy and home my parents were always fighting.

'Fate has been cruel and order unkind.'

Sal is the best friend that someone could have. I started to have a crush on him but I keep it secret. I was in my bedroom. I took the phone. I had some messages from Sal.
"(Y/n) why you don't talk to us?"
"Are you ok?"
"We could help you if you want but what is it?"
I replied.
"I'm sorry but this whole time I was busy." I texted. I could feel that he thinks I ignore him.

'How can I have sent you away?'

I put the phone down and start with the homework. It took me an hour to finish it. I went to the bathroom to take a shower. After some minutes the bathtub was filled with water. I sat down thinking about Sal. Maybe he's sad that I "ignore" him.

'The blame was my own, the punishment, yours'

After shower I brushed my teeth. I went to my room. How it was weekend I will don't be waked up from the alarm. I put the head on the pillow and slowly my eyes began to be heavy. I closed them and fall asleep.

Sal p.o.v.

(Y/n) started to do not talk to us. I don't know the reason but when  always I asked her, she always says that she is busy. That makes me sad that I couldn't stay more with her. I start to like her more than a friend. She lives in the apartments and then the idea came. I could go to her apartment and talk a little. I went to her apartment and open the door. I saw her parents.
"Oh hi Sal. What brings you here?" her mother said.
"Not much. I just wanted to hang out with her a little because in this time she said she haven't time." I said.
"That's true. In this time she was stresed and had a lot to study. And poor her she watches us how we fight. That made her more stressed." She said with worry and regret in her eyes.
"Now we both were alright. Anyway she's in her room. I'm not sure but maybe she fall asleep."
"Ok. Thanks." I said smilling under the mask.
"You can come anytime." She said happy.

I open the door of her room slowly. She was in her bed sleeping. I didn't care. I went in and sat down on the floor watching her sleepying.

'And I will your company keep'

"Hey (y/n). I know you had a lot but just to know we all are here to help you if you need." I said quiet enought to do not wake her up. I got up and sat on the bed next to her. She was so tired. She had some bangs under the eyes.
"I'm glad you're ok.. I talked to your mother. She's kind..just like you. She said that you were stresed about their fights. That's normal." I looked at her.

'Till your tired eyes and my lullabies. I have carry you softly to sleep.'

"I know maybe you don't feel the same way or you do. I don't know.. But I need to say this however you don't hear. I... like you so much. You're someone very special to me. You're always so kind and happy and wearing a smile on your face everytime I see you." I got up. "Now I will let you sleep. Goodnight" I kissed her forehead and closed the light and the door.

I went to the door.
"She was awake?" Her mother said.
"No but I stayed a little bit."
"Oh. Ok. See you tomorrow." She said waving her hand to me. I waved back and close the door.

After I went to my apartment I went to sleep.

(Y/n) p.o.v.

I heard someone open the door. I was half asleep and I don't wanted to open the eyes. He said some sweet things but when he said he liked me so much I blushed a little.

"Now I will let you sleep. Goodnight" He said kissing my forehead closing the light and the door. I opened my eyes widen. I can't belive that. He. Likes. Me. Too. That is so amazing and thinking about that made me blush a deep red. I closed the eyes thinking about Sal and fell asleep.

Time skip. The next day

I woke up. I slept very well...thinking about Sal. That made me blush a little thinking of him.

I got up and take some clothes and head up to the kitchen and see my parents. They didn't fight. I think they were okay now.
"Good morning sweety." My mom said giving me a smile.
"Good morning." I said and sat down on a chair at the table next to my dad.

Mom came with a plate with pancakes and put them on the table. I took one and start to eat it.
"That's very good." I said.
"I'm glad that you like it." She said softly.

After I eaten a few I got up because I was full and went to my room. I took the phone and notice that Sal called me. I called him to see what he wanted to say.
"Um hey Sal. I've noticed that you called me."
"Oh yeah. I just wanted to know if you want to hang out with me and Larry."
"Of course. We meet at Larry's apartment?"
"Yeah there. I'm already here. We will wait you, ok?"
"I'm coming. See ya there." I said and hang up the phone.

I left the apartment and went in the elevator. I put the key card for the basement and wait. The doors open and go to Larry's apartment. I went to his room to see Sal and Larry listening to music.
"Hey guys. What's up?" I said and sat down.
"Not much. Just listening to Sanity Fall's." Larry said.

We started to talk and the hours passed very fast. I took the phone to see what time is. It's 9:57 p.m. I got up.
"How faster the time go. It's pretty late. I think that I need to go."
"Me too." Sal said and got up.
"Alright. See you tomorrow." I said and waved to Larry. He waved back and went to the elevator.

"(Y/n)?" Sal said and turn the head to see him. His ears were pink.
"Yeah? What is it?" I asked.
"I was yesterday at you and your mother said that you were very stressed about your parents fights and the school right?" He asked and I nodded.
"I know." I said looking away blushing a little rewinding what happened yesterday.
"Your mother told you?" He asked.
"No. I was half asleep. I heard...all." I blush more and trying to hide my face with the hair. I looked at Sal. He's ears were red. Maybe he is shocked or embrassed.
"I understand." He said. That made me turn the head at him.
"I understand that you don't feel the same." From he's voice I 've noticed that he was sad.
"What? No. Of course I like you Sal but I was afraid to tell you. I was afraid to don't reject me." I smiled and give him a peck on the mask lips. He looked at me. I think he is smiling. He lifted his mask and give me a little soft kiss. I didn't waste the kiss and I kissed Sal back. When Sal pulled away he lifted his mask back and the elevator doors open. We both get out. Before to go in my apartment he kissed my forehead.
"Goodnight." He said and went to his apartment. I enter in to see mom on the couch. My face was red.
"(Y/n) swetty are you ok? Your face is red- oh I know." A smirk appeard on her face.
"Your with that boy, Sal right?" She smiled and I nodded. She came to me and hugged me.
"I knew it!" She said happy. "I knew that you two will be a cute couple!" She acted like a kid and that made me smile.
"Moooommm..." I said annoyed.
