The next few days i was still sore my eye still remain black and purple and i could barely go out without people staring. I decided since i was staying with pops that id help with groceries and help make dinner and clean up. I hadn't talked to anyone much i finally told my parents what happened and they where furious though i said i took care of it when i havent. As i walked the isles of the store getting food i couldnt help but think back to the kiss i hadn't seen him or talked to him in over a week and it sucked they still hadn't got back and it made me feel uneasy.

Once i paid for everything i headed back to the house to drop everything off. Pulling into the driveway i began unloading everything and putting it away debating what to make for dinner. Deciding on some roast and vegetables and making some of my famous pineapple cake on the side i decided to start cooking now considering it was almost time pops closed up the meat market. I washed the vegtables sitting them aside while putting the roast to cook seasoning it and then stirring the cake and placing it in the oven.

Once the cake was out i let it cool down and began adding all the addition ingredients then placing it in the fridge. Grabbing a beer while i finished the rest putting the vegetables to cook next just then did the door open and in came pops "Smells good mija" he chuckled "Thanks i figured id go get groceries and make dinner tonight since all we've had was take out" i joked and he laughed. I sighed and put everything on low heat and went to sit in the living room just as i heard the bike engines approached my heart stopped and pops noticed "Guess there back what are you gonna tell them when they see you?" He frowned. And i thought of the dumbest idea and i felt tears as i opened the front door.

I didnt think i just looked at him teary eyed as they caught my apperance and rushed for me i didny think i just ran into his arms and sobbed loudly as he wrapped his arms around me tight "hey hey its ok im here now what happened?" He said grabbing my chin to look at my face his eyes angry i sighed calming down my sobs "I was leaving the apartment to look for you and he pushed me inside slapping me when i hit him back he started going crazy punching me and kicking me" i paused "i told him we were done and he said we werent that he would see me soon so i left the apartment and came to your dad" i said biting my lip."Son of a bitch " Angel said angrily "Who did this?" Ez said furious "My ex" i said quietly and he lost it "He could of killed you damnit" thats when i hugged him again "Im okay now" i whispered and he sighed into my shoulder "Your staying here till he is gone" he said softly i nodded letting him good Angel hugging me next. "Come on i made dinner" i say ushering them inside.

"Thanks pops for taking care of her" Ez said hugging pops as i sat the table serving everyone a place. Everyone ate in silence till the boys smiled looking at me "What?" I say confused "This is really good" Angel laughs "Yeah im getting seconds"Ez said getting more "Leave room for dessert" i joke he laughs as i picked up the plates once everyone finish eating and began serving dessert "You didnt"Ez smiled "I did your favorite" i smirked as the boys scarfed down the cake me and pops laughing. "Im in love with this cake" Angel said happily as i got up. "Seriously make me this everyday" Ez joked we all finsihed the beers and i began cleaning up the kitchen. "Go relax we got it" Angel laughed as him and ez cleaned up i smiled "Fine ima go change" i said going to the room.

I sighed grabbing his sweats and a tank top to shower real quick running the hot water i step in washing my hair and body then rinsing off. I dried myself slipping on my clothes then headed for the room putting my dirty clothes in the hamper as i hear a light knock on the door turning around to see Ez standing there. "Thank you for dinner again it was amazing" he smiled "Anytime" i grinned as he began looking around the room at all the pictures "Crazy to think how much we changed huh?" He joked i sighed "Yeah we had you the football player everyone wanted and all the girls chased after " i joked "And we had you the sensitive little angel who cried because she was hungry or wanted chocolate" he smirked and i laughed "You use to always carry chocolate everywhere for me" i smiled happily "spoiled but it was the best years of my life" he smiled as i turned to still on the bed wincing grabbing my side as i hit the bed frame. "Let me see" Ez said worried i frowned pulling up my shirt to reveal more bruises his fingers grazing over them. "If i see him i swear you dont deserve this" he frowned looking at me "That's why your not leaving my sight" he said softly i just nodded. "Come on time for bed" he laughed changing the subject knowing he didnt wanna talk about it cause it hurt him to see me hurt we dropped the subject. "Ok dad" i joked and he laughed "Ill be asleep in the living room if you need me ok?" He smiled covering me and turning for the door turning the lights off "Get some sleep got a busy day tomorrow" he whispered shuting the door a little.

As soon as i drifted off  i woke up screaming and crying and in rushed a shirtless Ez "hey hey its ok" he said sleepily hugging me rubbing my back as i tried calming down. I hadnt had bad dreams until today and it was something i didnt wanna dream about. We sat there in silence as he rubbed circles on my back i sighed "Im sorry i woke you " i frowned "hey its ok im always here no matter what ok?" He sighed "Thank you" i smiled a little "Lets try and go back to bed ok?" I smiled and he got up kissing my forehead as i snuggled back in the blankets he laughed "still your cute self" he whispered walking out and i smiled but just as quickly the smile faded as i thought back to our kiss we hadnt spoken of it so it was like it never happened we were drunk maybe its better left unsaid for now i thought closing my eyes once more...
