chapter 8- BEACH FUN!!!

After waking up, I called my friend and ex-crush Derek. I've been with him since diaper days and I started liking him in Primary. He was the bad  boy which made me fall for him, i guess. "Hello?" he answered the phone in his usual voice. "Hey its me!" I said grinning.

"well hello ME? how ya been?" he said with a hell of sarcasm.

"silly its me! Ashley!" I said with a chuckle.

"oh how are you?" he said with a twinkle I could almost see him ruffling those hair and grinning.

"It's going well how bout you?"

"all good? Why the sudden remembering of your long lost darling?" he said getting straight to the point.

"I just called as someone was forgetting me here!" I remarked and continued, "Derek there's this guy and well I do like him but Trisha does too, and since she told me about him first I dont know help?"

"Look if she could tell you, you can tell her too and leave the rest upto destiny." he said very maturely.

I narrated the whole story to him and he concluded, "It's best for all of you if you become completely honest with Trisha. There's no point trying to hide it." After saying that and catching up we ended the conversation.

I heard a small knock and went to open the door to my room. "hey?" Said Jacob pouring his alcoholic stench all over me. "uh- hi?" I replied in a not-bothered voice.

"There's this party at ten, wanna come?"

"uhh ok who's place and at night?"

"It's actually in the morning so you have an hour and at the sea side so get your costume too."

I nodded and decided to take a quick glance at the mirror. I was super excited! I let out a small gasp. I had a small spot on my forehead. I ran to the kitchen, made a facepack with the neccessities and let it cool down. By the time I watched a movie and then went to the fridge to remove it. It was stinking really bad, but womanning up, I started applying it on my face. After my white skin had been covered up in brown, I decided it would be best if I keep it on for some time. I went to the sitting room and there Jacob was laughing proudly showing off his dimples.  "WHAT?" I asked clearly annoyed.

"you-y-ou lo-ok h-h-hil-la-rrr-iou-os!" he chocked out. I shot him a glare and ignored him. I went to clean it after half an hour and got ready. My face seemed smoother and the pimple vanished. I gave myself a small cheer and slipped into my shorts and top and put on my make up. After pairing my outfit with some accessories I left my room. There Jacbo was watching T.V and turned to stare at me. I cleared my throat and said, "shall we?" I was trying to ignore the past and let our relationship be normal but he wouldn't stop ogling at me!

In forty-five minutes we reached there and the guys by the bar literally looked at me as if I had brought a dead cow to the party. Jacob introduced me to them and they seemed alot more friendlier than when I first saw them. "Let's go to the pool!" announced Ariana while dragging me along. She handed me a drink and asked me to get changed into my swimsuit. I came out with my purple bikini wrapped with a sarong.  "let's go to the seaaaaaaaa!!!!!!" shouted Ariana and Trisha joined in with her yellow polka dot bikini! Ariana had worn an amazing black thingee! I'm so orthodox I don't even know what it's called.

We ran to the sea and jumped in. The cold water pricked my skin and I gave out a few shivers but the hot sun helped alot! All of us were in the cool sea, playing with the huge ball... Oh soo much fun. Next we decided to play 'the dare game' yeah the one which freaks people like me. We were put into pairs. Dylan and I were in one. I didn't mind him. Infact I liked having him around. The dares started and they were nearly as bad as any other game we played. The bottle landed on us... and the dare was to kiss each other!!!!  I quickly looked at Jacob who seemed to be very annoyed at his team-mate for giving us the dare.

I gave a slight kiss on Dylan's cheek and everyone gave out a groan of disappointment. "well you asked us to kiss but the place to kiss wasn't specified. Everyone laughed and continued playing. We then got out for lunch and munched on delicious grilled meat. Soon enough it was Four and the girls decided to go for a tan. I followed them. We were relaxed but as soon as we rested the guys came pouring ice-cold beer, water and yuck! orange juice on us!!! Girl power:ON! We decided to run after them and catch them and pour mascara on them. Lucky for us the three divas: Ariana, Trisha and Emily had the mascara bottlesor whatever you call 'em.

This mission was called 'OPERATION REVENGE WITH MASCARA' A.K.A 'ORWM' We spread out and ran after them. In twenty minutes we caught them and were pouring mascara over their faces. Since I did that to Jacob he picked me up and threatened to throw me into the sea and I, like the maniac I am, called for help soon all the girls were pouring sand and mascara on him.

The night arrived and we left. "you are such a pain!" Jacob complained in the car.

"and you aren't man enough!" I snapped back.

"No matter what, it was fun." declared Trisha.

We all laughed. Trisha decided to stay at mine and I couldn't help but feel annoyed at her but of course I didnt let it out. We changed into our pyjamas and decided to watch a scary movie. I got the popcorns, Trisha got the blankets and pillows while Jacob got the movie itself and beer. I closed the curtains and took my place between the two. The movie started......
