Sunday would be my lazy day part two, and me and Hoseok sit on the living room couch. We're both at a loss of what to do and I watch TV while he plays away on his phone.
"This is boring," He says, looking over at me with his bandage still on.
"What do you want to do, then?" I ask, muting the TV.
He thinks for a moment, tilting his head to the side. "Oh! I have a racing game upstairs. Do you wanna play?"
My eyes light up. "Yeah! That sounds like fun!"
We both hop up from the couch and I follow him yet again. This time, we go to his room.
He opens the door and I take in my sights around me. His bed is a typical plain black bed, except I notice a stuffed plushie of a bunny on it beside his pillow.
"Uh, ignore that," He states when he sees me eyeing it. There's a light blush on his cheeks as he turns away and begins to click on the TV and game.
There's also a desk and bookshelf in his room, followed by a couple of gaming posters on the walls. I look out his window to see the familiar blue curtains I curse at each morning.
On his desk is a mini speaker set, and I assume that's what's been waking me up from my solid sleep.
"Here you go," I spin around and he hands me a controller. "Take a seat."
I sit beside him on the end of the bed, trying to get the best view of the TV.
He sets the controls, and I pick out my car, a pink Lamborghini. He chooses some other name brand car, except his is in red.
"Loser has to drink soy sauce," He blurts as I watch the timer begin to count down.
"Deal," I agree, my focus not leaving the screen.
The horn signals the start of the race, and tires screech as we both take off to a speedy start. I'm currently in the lead as we go through a lap, and I see Hoseok begin to get closer and almost drive ahead of me.
My competitive side comes to light as I shove him with my shoulder, almost knocking him off of the bed.
"That's cheating!" He scolds me and I laugh, taking the lead once again.
It's the final lap, and it's neck and neck. His car is right beside my own, and every now and then he will jump ahead of me.
"I'm going to win!" He cheers as he runs ahead.
"Not likely!" I retort, speeding past him right as we both pass the finish line.
"I won!" I jump to my feet, pointing to the screen. "I won by a millisecond!"
"You cheated!" He points his finger at me. "You pushed me like three times!"
"Oh, are you being a bitter loser?" I smirk at him, tossing him the controller. "Where's your soy sauce at?" I ask, running to the door.
"Top left cabinet," He answers disheartedly. "I hate soy sauce!"
My feet carry me down the stairs and I bounce into the kitchen, opening up the top cabinet. The sauce is on the top shelf, and I reach on my toes to grab it, but I'm just too short.
Quickly thinking, I pull up a chair from the table and climb into it. I reach the sauce and hear the door to the kitchen open.
"What are you doing?!" Hoseok scolds when he sees me. "That's dangerous! Get down!"
I put my hand on my hip in a sassy manner. "Would you relax? It's safe, trust me-"
Just as I'm about to climb down, I somehow lose my footing and begin to tumble down.
