I Didn't Say That!

They fell asleep early that night, both finally overcome by exhaustion. They slept tangled in each other but both couldn't have been more content.

They woke early again and were soon on their way. "So it looks like we might actually make it the rest of the way today," Kirishima said, holding up the map and pointing out where they were. "Thank god for that! I need a freaking shower."

The rest of their day was spent making their way toward the spot on the map. At around midday they could see the outline of a building up ahead. Kirishima sighed with relief, they had finally made it! Real food and running water were both so close.

Kirishima thought Aizawa looked impressed to see them both arrive together as they finally stepped into the little clearing surrounding the wooden building that looked like it could have been a hall. "Hey guys! Showers and clean clothes are through here," Kirishima turned to see Midoriya walking toward them. "Sure feels good to be clean," he laughed.

Bakugou pushed past them both and headed to the bathroom block. "I'll find you later," he threw over his shoulder as he went.

Kirishima spent a few minutes chatting to Deku about their week before the lure of a hot shower finally had him cutting off their conversation. He sighed once he was finally under the hot water, letting it wash away some of his exhaustion. Once he was finally clean, he was feeling much more like his usual self and went to see who else had arrived.

He plopped down on the wooden seating outside to join Mina and Kaminari. He was surprised to see the latter there already but didn't comment on it. Mina swung around to face him with a mischievous grin. "Soooo, how was your week with ya boy?"

Kaminari snickered. "Have a good time all alone?"

Kirishima couldn't help it, he did the worst thing he could have possibly done in their presence and blushed. Both of their eyes went wide and they looked at each other.

"Kiri! What did you do?" Mina asked too excitedly as her head snapped back to him.

Kirishima put his head into his hands to try and hide his worsening blush. "It's really none of your business."

Apparently this was the wrong answer because Mina continued her pestering.

Bakugou chose that moment to flop onto the bench next to Kirishima and nudged him with his elbow. "You alright?" he asked quietly around his mouth full of apple that he was eating. Kirishima's head snapped up at his voice and he groaned internally as he caught Mina's look, a determined twinkle in her eye.

"Kiri was just telling us all about what you two got up to while you were aloooone," she teased.

Bakugou's apple froze halfway to his mouth but he realised Kirishima wouldn't tell anyone without asking first and he continued eating. "Oh yeah? What exactly did we do?"

Kaminari was impressed with how cool Bakugou was acting but he'd seen him tense and pause his eating just long enough to confirm what he already thought, something did in fact happen between them this week. "Kiri was just telling us how you two had loud obnoxious sex in the woods."

Kirishima gapped at him, that wasn't far from the truth really. "I didn't say anything like that!" He shot back.

Bakugou chuckled, actually chuckled and Kaminari didn't think the blonde was capable of making such a noise. He watched him put a hand on Kirishima's leg in an attempt to reassure him as he said, "Calm down, love, he's only being an asshole." But he smirked at Kaminari as he said it.

"Love?! Oh my god! You two are too flipping cute!" Mina cried but was cut off by Kaminari. "Oh my god! You actually fucking did!"

Kirishima's head fell back into his hands and Bakugou continued to smirk at them as they stared at him. Sero and Jirou wandered over and completed their circle, if Kirishima hadn't had his head in his hands he would have noted how close Jirou sat next to Denki but he was too absorbed in asking the ground to open and swallow him whole.

Sero, oblivious to the situation asked, "Hey guys, whatcha talking about?"

Kaminari turned to him wide eyed. "These two had sex!" he whisper shouted pointing between Kirishima and Bakugou.

"Oh fucking hell," Kirishima muttered, still smothered by his hands. He peaked around his arm to see his friends' faces.

"What?! Did you really?" Sero gaped at them and went in for a high five with Kirishima.

Kirishima lamely lifted his hand to his friend and nodded, no use denying it now. "Yeah we did."

Mina let out an excited squeal. "What was it like? Was it amazing? Who did what?"

"None of your damn business, Pinky!" Bakugou yelled.

"Aww, come on, tell me something! At least tell me if you liked it," she whined.

Kirishima could still feel the blush heating his cheeks but he smiled anyway as he looked toward Bakugou. "It was amazing," he said quietly. Bakugou nodded in confirmation.

Mina looked like she was about to explode with excitement but she got up and threw her arms around Kirishima. "I'm so happy for you Kiri! I can see how happy you make each other."

When Mina pulled back, their conversation turned to everyone else's week as the last of the class trickled in throughout the evening, by the time the last pair arrived, it was dark. Kirishima couldn't help but notice how beat up most of his classmates looked compared to them who were both relatively unscathed.

They had all gathered around the benches and were huddled close together talking about how their week had gone and the things they had to defeat as Aizawa came over.

"Alright, quiet down. You didn't encounter these things by accident, I know what your strengths and weaknesses are and the things you faced this week were based on the skills you need to develop."

"Huh? Why did we only fight one thing?" Kirishima asked.

Midoriya looked surprised by this news but had an answer anyway, "Well, Kacchan would rather work alone and I think having to be around someone 24/7 and rely on them would develop his cooperation skills. Everyone knows his combat skills are better than anyone else so this was the weakness he needed to face."

Kirishima cocked his head in thought then shrugged. "Makes sense when you put it that way."

"Oh I don't think these two need any help getting along." Kirishima heard Kaminari quip from behind him and a low laugh in return from Mina.
