Annabeth POV

"Okay, guys, let's summarize! What happened?" I asked

We were all sitting down in the meeting room except Alex. We had waited for Piper to wake up.

"Okay" Jason said "We had arrived to the peninsula and we were talking about the danger of the quests here as for the moment any monster had attacked us"

We all looked to him.

"In that moment, an eidolon possesed Piper and it tried to charmspeak me" He continued

"And it worked?" I asked. He nodded "And how did you get out of it?"

"Alex yelled to me. Telling me not to listen and I got out of it" He said

"That means she's..." Percy asked

"She's not an Aphrodite girl" Piper said "She wasn't charmspeaking. She just used her voice. Like she was just trying that Jason didn't listen"

"Yeah, it was just some coldness" Jason said

"Okay, dude, follow" Leo said

"Seeing that it didn't work, it turned into a shadow and faded" He paused "Later, it shot a dark thing..."

"Towards Alex, trying to hurt her" Piper cut him off

"I tried to destroy it, to protect her, as she hadn't see it" Jason mumbled "But, it went wrong, the dark thing hit me in the head and I fell unconsious"

"Okay, and now... Piper, you remember what happened next?" I asked

"Yeah, Alex took her sword out, ready to fight" She said "But she didn't do anything as she didn't want to hurt me" She paused "Later, the eidolon told her that she had no way to expulse it from me without hurting me and... suddenly, the eidolon said something about it was better to hurt two and it shot a dark thing towards Jason" She did another pause "She put herself in the way and destroyed the dark thing with the sword"

Jason looked, surprised.

"You mean... she protected me?"

"Yes, she did" Piper nodded

"And then?" I asked

"The eidolon said that even if it had failed, she wouldn't be able to expulse it from me without hurting" She said "And then... she attacked me"

"WHAAAAAAT!?" We all shouted

"But-but... you're not hurt" Jason said

"Because she wasn't going to hurt me" Piper continued "It wasn't her intention. So the eidolon avoided it easily" She paused "But then... she jumped and appeared behind me. She touched me. I felt cold and couldn't move. The eidolon felt the cold too but it left due to it. And all turned black"

"And then I woke up, we got the bronze and returned here" Jason finished.

"And did she mention something about how she did so?" I asked

"I asked her but she said it was a secret as it was part of her demigod powers" Jason mumbled

"So, she is still on that" Hazel mumbled "She won't say anything"

Jason and Piper shook their heads.

"And if we ask Thalia?" Percy suggested. We all looked at him. "Think about it. She's the only one we know that knows her and supposedly, she'll know about her powers"

"Okay then. We'll ask her" I said "But just because it's unusual that you say something intelligent, Seaweed Brain" I smiled "But, we'll do it later"
