On Lucifer's fifteenth birthday, he had grown into the jewel of paradise.
The unusual looking boy, was no longer unusual looking but beautiful and graceful. He was tall, and most of the angles had to look up whenever Lucifer greeted them as he passed them by. His figure was slimming, like a knife, and his hair long, reaching to his shoulders. The bright glow of green somehow took more notice to the female angles as their disgust for such a thing had receded to secret admiration.
God took great joy in this, and invited him to his palace just before sun down.
'Have a seat my boy,' God told the almost-grown man. 'Remind me, have you ever learned to fly?'
Lucifer shook his head. He had abandoned all hope three years previously. In heaven time was nearly non-existent, and it took a long time before he had finally reached his boiling point.
God handed Lucifer a bowl of fruit.
'I see,' he said, moving to his great perch. 'You know my boy, there are six words.'
'only six?' Lucifer said between a grape and a cherry. 'surely, there are thousands.'
'No, no, the first language I mean. the first language has only six.'
Lucifer thought about it. 'is that your language, God?'
The lord almighty, confirmed. 'This language, only I can speak.' he elaborated. 'Only I, until you came around and spoke one word that ignited that tree into red.'
Lucifer had often told him, he did not remember that part of his life. Only up to four.
'I did not know what that meant,' he said. 'but now, as I look upon you on your fifteenth birthday, I now understand. '
'and that is?' Lucifer wondered.
'I think you are a part of me,'
Lucifer still did not quite understand, of course he was a part of him. wasn't he, God, the creator, and all creations was therefor linked to him?
'When I first spoke the third Word, there was such a bright light, it even startled me, and that light entered all. I now come to understand, that a part of me has been extracted to be able to conjure this whole universe in motion, and that you were that very part taken from me.'
'But I am nothing,' he said. 'I am no angles, nor creature, I am just me.'
'No, my boy, I believe you are my Son.'
