Spider-Man or Peter was doing his nightly patrols, it was getting late and it was quiet today, he considered calling Tony to see if he could come to the tower but Tony had told him about Natasha and her sister so he decided it probably wasn't the best time

He decided to sit down for a while on a building, he swung to the closest one and silently touched down

It was cold that night and Peter could see his breath in front of him, he turned and saw someone sitting on the ledge, they hadn't noticed him yet and he considered swinging away

But then he saw the person shoulders silently shake and he could tell they were trying not to cry

His spidey senses were going off and he though maybe this person was going to jump, so he decided to try to console them

"Hello?"

"Hello?" A voice said behind you

You jumped up, you backflipped behind the person and bent down kicking your foot out and swiping it, knocking the person off their feet

They yelped and fell to the floor, you jumped on them and held them down, they were very strong for their size but you were stronger

You used your free hand to reach into their chest

"Woah, lady calm down!"

It was a....boy

The boy was dressed in red and blue spandex and was wearing a mask with white eyes, he raised his head a little and saw your hand in his chest

"What the hell?!" He yelled

He looked up at you

"How are you doing that?!" He ask/Yelled

You looked at him sadly, and regarded his stature and demeanour and his voice was high, he must have been around sixteen, seventeen?

"H-how old are you?" You asked quietly

The boy looked shocked, and you were shocked too, you never asked questions, or spoke for that matter but the question had just slipped past your lips

"I can't tell you that!" He yelled "now it my turn, why and how do you have your hand in my chest?!"

You looked at him,

"Are you with HYDRA?" You asked quietly

"Hey you didn't answer my question" he whined

"Are you?!" You Yelled

"No!" He he shouted

You slowly and hesitantly took your hand away and stood up, and offered him your hand,

He looked at you sceptically then took your hand and you helped him up,

"Who are you?" He asked after he dusted himself off

You didn't reply, you felt you should be weary of this kid but for some reason he gave off a good vibe

You walked passed him and went back to sit on the ledge

Peter hesitated, then he shrugged, he went to sit next to you

You flinched when the boy sat down next to you but you didn't move away

"Have I seen you before? I feel like I have" he said after a short pause of silence

You didn't reply, you couldn't remember ever seeing the kid but he was wearing a mask so

"Hey I know! You were in the news!" He said "you saved that shop keeper, are you a super?"

You didn't reply, instead you looked at him in fascination, he was so.... free? He sounded kind and happy but also intelligent

"Uh, are you going to talk to me? You spoke before" he said and you looked away from him, instead resting your eyes on the skyline

"Karen" he said and you looked at him

Your name wasn't Karen but then again you don't think your name was y/n either so at the moment you could be called anything

"Call mr Stark" the kid said

You stood up, what was the kid talking about? Who was Mr Stark? Was he with HYDRA? Was he going to catch you?

You backed away from the kid,

"Hey it's ok, mr Starks nice I promise" the kid said but you continued to back away until your legs were pressed against the back ledge

"Oh uh hey mister stark" he said and it looked like he was talking on the phone only he didn't have one

"Uh yeah I'm with this lady who kinda-" you cut him off when you threw a force field at him and took a running  leap of the building only to be caught by a force field

You ran 100 feet up in the air using forcefields as stepping points

You heard the kid close behind

"I don't know she has weird powers and she's making purple things to step on! What? I don't know! She has h/c hair, — who? Ok I'm on it!"
