Crying. I hear crying and I know it's not from me. I lean against the cold wall and pick up the crying again, but it's louder, then I realise that it's only a young girl crying. I slam my palm against the wall and yell, "Is somebody in there?" Tears fill my eyes, making my vision blurry, all this time I thought I was alone but I guess not. The crying stops slowly and she lets out a muffled sigh, "Yes!" A young girl voice calls out, but she sounds no more than 13 at least, I hear her smack her hands into the wall and more crying. "Listen to me! It will be alright!" I tell her through yelling otherwise she might not hear me. The wall is so thick that I can only hear her crying just a little, but I was able to hear her voice much clearer as she yelled, "It won't be okay! I am only 12! And I just want to go home!"
My heart pounds so loudly against my chest that I hear it beat into my ears. I don't know what to do to help her calm down as she obviously knows the reality. All I know is that whoever is trapped in this unknown place is probably going to die.
