I'm a skipper. When I read a story, I like to skip to the end, just do I know the ending, so while I write this story to you, I want to skip to the end, because I know the ending. I just can't seem to fill in the middle pages. While I sit in my comfy room, writing this, it brings pack memories and feelings. Mostly pain and anger and sadness. Frustration, disappointment, and anxiousness.
You will hopefully understand though. In the end. Remember, not everything has a happy ending.

I sat back in my chair, cracking my knuckles. World History is a beast, but I will tame it! My phone buzzed next to me, throwing me off focus.
Lyle: where are you
Me: uhhhh why
Lyle: turn around
And I did. There he was, with his amazing good looks and my heart did that insane beating thing.
"Oh. Hey Lyle, how are you? The early December wind whipped fiercely out side. Yeah. It's December. Nothing happened in November. It was a dull month, filled with studying and school and ewwww.
"I'm fine." I nodded and returned to my school work. Oh yeah, during November, I learned how to resist guys that I don't want to resist. It's actually really easy. You ignore them.
"Actually. I'm not fine." I raised my eyebrows and looked at Lyle and he say down next to me, "My family and I are moving to Ohio. My mom got a new teaching job, so we have to move."
My whole body was shaking. I felt my heart rate increase and in my head I was saying NO NO NO NO NO! I could barely talk, "What?" I finally squealed.
"Yeah... I just. I really don't want to move anywhere, but I'm kinda glad I am." STABBING MY HEART WITH YOUR WORDS! THAT IS WHAT HE IS DOING.
"Oh. I'm really gonna miss you." I managed to say, trying to swallow the huge lump in my throat. Then. He started laughing. A lot.
"I got you! I can't believe you fell for that!!" Lyle laughed, wiping near his eyes. I swiftly punched his shoulder and started laughing too.
"You're such a jerk! I hate you soooo much right now." I laughed. Lyle opened out his arms and motioned for a hug, which I gave him.
He looked me in the eyes and I knew this boy was up to trouble. Uh-oh. I cleared my throat and began to pack up my stuff again, "Um. I actually have to go now, but we should definitely hang out soon." I gave him a weak smile and put my bag over my shoulder.
Lyle scratched his head a bit, "Uh. Yeah, totally! We really need to hang out." I nodded and began to walk out the door.
"Hey! Katrina!" Lyle called out to me and I turned around, watching him jog up to me.
He looked in my eyes for a bit and BAM! Kissed me on the lips again, trying to get more than just a small peck. I pulled away, but his hands remained locked on my hips.
"Lyle. We aren't dating... We should do this." I was hyperventilating. Again.
He sighed, "I know."
"You were the one who wanted to break up. Remember that." I said to him, raising an eyebrow. Lyle nodded, looking a little down. I immediately felt pity for him and kissed him lightly on the cheek.
"I'll see you later Lyle. Ok?" I looked him straight in the eye, and he nodded at me before reaching to mess up my hair.
"See you later Katrina!" and with that, he turned and walked away.
YAY ME! I slightly resisted him!! Wait. Kissing him on the cheek is totally resisting... Right? Crap. It's not?
Eh. Oh well.
I adjusted my bag so it could stay on my shoulder and walked to my car, sending Kimberly a text about what just happened. Then, I forwarded it to Ryanne, Reagan, and Anna.
Yup. I had to make sure everyone was up to date so I could explain it in great detail the next day!!
