2. her nose scrunches up when she's excited

since marvel recently put out a new movie, all sorts of merchandise has been displayed at target.
i was doing some last minute shelf stocking, and i stumbled upon a sale. buy one get one free on marvel socks. i couldn't resist, both bree and i love marvel.
i got one pair of spiderman, and one pair of iron man.
spiderman for bree, and iron man for me.
she's gonna love them.

it's the little things you know?
i put the socks in a cute little bag i grabbed from self checkout, and folded the top section.
i clocked off work at 8:30, and took the bus straight to bree's. i missed her, its been a long and hectic day. rude customers, and annoying co-workers. you know how it is.
i arrived at her house, and she ran straight to the door and hugged me.
wow i love this girl.
"where's my surprise!" she asked eagerly.
"chill out! i just got here, at least give me a kiss first." i said jokingly.
she giggled, and kissed me with a smile showing through. her lips locked against mine gave me strength, hope, and confidence. whenever i'm around her, i forget all the bad. she's the light in my life.
i handed her the bag, and she practically ripped it out from my hands.
it's just socks babe. i thought.
i feel like she might be a little disappointed considering they're just socks, but i know she'll love them.
her nose scrunched right before opening the bag. she did it while smiling, and it was probably the cutest thing i've ever seen. i never noticed it before, but i loved it.
add that to the list...
she looked inside, and her eyes lit up. she pulled out the socks, and looked at me.
"peter! oh - my - god - i - love - them!" she said leaning in, kissing me every other word.
i laughed and lifted up my jeans, to show off my super cool matching iron man socks.
she laughed the most cutest, innocent laugh i've ever heard, and she kissed me again. and again.
"i love you dork." she told me.
"i love you more."
