Just when the judge was about to loose his patience, peter turned to look at tony. He had an idea, not a very good idea given the facts but it was payback for every stupid prank that Tony ever did. Plus, it wouldn't go that far. "Mr Parker do you have an answer?" A smirk made its way onto peter lips as he tried to contain it "yes....James (family member)" everyone's eyes looked up. The judge was silent. James lawyers were silent, well done peter. That all changed when he looked at tony. Tears forming in his eyes, he could hear his heart rate increasing. He immediately realised what he had done "oh my god! No no no no no no no no, NO. I CHOOSE TONY. I CHOOSE TONY" peter screamed standing up. The judge jumped back at peters outburst "Umm very well then. Anthony Edward Stark now has legal custody over peter Benjamin Parker" peter jolted up out of his seat and raced towards tony who now had tears running down his face "I am so so so so so so so so so sorry. I honestly didn't mean it. Oh my god. I love you. Oh Parker what have you done" he whispers the last part but Tony's grip was still on peter "don't do that to me kid. Not after Titan" that still ripped tony apart. "I'm so sorry" tony breathed out "I know kid I know. Let's go home and I'm not putting you down. Your never leaving my side" peter chuckled but still held on to tony.

After all, peter couldn't live without tony, and Tony couldn't live without peter. They were father and son. Nothing could tear them apart.
