Stephanie's POV

Last night we didn't do much. We played a couple of games to get to know each other better and made a massive blanket fort in our living room, with individual rooms. How we managed to pull that off? I have no clue. Zach and I shared a "room" but ours fell in the middle of the night, so we moved to the other one seater couch and fell asleep in each others arms. Jordan was the first one awake and he took it upon himself to wake everyone else up, with an air horn. We weren't even mad, just upset we didn't think of it first. I ordered breakfast for all of us off Postmates and we sat in the middle of the living room floor, yet again, just to eat food. "I forgot to film a cover last night fuck" I say, to no one in particular. This caught Zachs interest more than anyone elses. "Just film it this morning?" He states. I look up at Jordan who was just in a complete daze. I snap my fingers in his direction, bringing his attention to me. "Wait what?" He asked. I rolled my eyes at him "I need to film a cover, meaning I need you to pay guitar" I state. He stares back at me, with half a pancake hanging out of his mouth. "Yeah nah I can't be bothered sorry sis" He replies I groan. "I can play for you? I mean I can pick up chords pretty easy" Zach suggests, causing my eyes to light up. "Really? I want to do Love Story by Taylor Swift" I reply. He nods his head and gets up off the floor, offering his hand to pull me up. I hold my hand out to him, and he pulls me up with ease. I'm 5'1 and unbelievably skinny, it's not very hard to lift me up. I take Zach into my recording room and he stands in the doorway in shock. The room had three guitars, a keyboard, an array of woodwind instruments and a set up recording space. "This is incredible" he says, moving into the room and admiring every detail. "Jordan and I have loved music since we were little" I reply, a clear smile on my face. He moves towards the guitars, hanged neatly on the rack. He picks up the acoustic and strums it gently. "This doesn't even need tuning, wow" He states. I could stare at him playing all day. "Not a day goes by that it doesn't get played. Jordan and I play it at least once a day" I reply, I couldn't take my eyes off him, he looked so at peace with the guitar. I jump over to the computer and pull up chords for Love Story and print them out. I hand him the paper and he analyses it briefly. "I'm gonna go change real quick and get my filming equipment if you want to go through it a couple times" I say, he nods his head in agreement and I swiftly leave the room.

I changed into a cropped hoodie and high waist light washed skinny jeans. I was still in some makeup from yesterday because I forgot to take it off and I didn't even need to change it. I grab one ring light and my camera with my tripod and bring it into the recording room. I walk in and Zach already played the song perfectly. He smiled and stands up to help me set everything up. After we had the light and camera set up I connected the guitar and mic to the soundbox. I did some brief warm ups and made sure everything was correct. I sang through a few verses with Zach just to alter any notes. When we were ready I turned on the camera and started my intro. "Hey everyone! My name is Stephanie and welcome back to another video. Today, as you can tell by the title, we are doing a cover of Taylor Swift's Love Story. As you can see, Jordan isn't helping me today because he's being lazy, but we have the one and only Zach Herron to show Jordan how it's really done" I say, keeping eye contact with the camera lens. Zach gave a gentle wave to the camera and then begins strumming.

We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes and the flashback starts
I'm standing there
On a balcony in summer air

I listened for my next queue and continued the bridge

See the lights, see the party, the ball gowns
See you make your way through the crowd
And say hello

Zach was sounded amazing, I was lost in the way he played. I was snapped back into focus and finished the pre-chorus and main chorus. By now, I could feel many eyes on me, but it didn't bother me. It just inspired me to do better. I nod my head slightly to the beat and began the pre outro.
