"You're sure pops won't be dropping in?" Han questioned "yeah, he is out with some hooker for the night, don't worry." Bree assured leading Han inside the small home.

Inside was a mess "jesus....would it kill the guy to clean up." Bree grumbled as she started to quickly clean up stray clothing articles, empty take out containers and empty bottles. "Sorry for the mess." She muttered.

Han sat down on the small sofa, and Bree stood infront of him her hands resting on her hips. She waited patiently for Han to speak, but he was clearly lost in thought.

"Han, are you in trouble? More trouble than just Yakuza. I know you told me about your friends...you didn't tell me all of it - did you?" Bree said slowly. Han rrleased a long sigh. "I thought it was done, I told you about Shaw and how he caused..." Han's voice trailed off. Bree nodded "yeah, I remember. Don't rehash that half of it." She said quickly.

Bree sat down next to Han abd watched him, "thanks." He said, Bree gave another nod. She realized it might have been hard for him, but she wanted answers now. "I never wanted to drag you into any of this..." He breathed. "Exactly what is this? You're stalling Han. Its not a good look for you." Bree said.

"Shaw is dead right? So whats this lurker guy got to do with Shaw?" Bree asked, trying to coax Han's thoughts from the knot they were tied in. "Im not sure, I've been using my connections with the Yakuza to look into this man. Its just him as far as I know. Not much came up, except he had ties to Shaw. And even that was just catching a conversation the guy was having.....with a patient in a hospital." Han explained.

"Patient? Do you think..." Bree started "no, Shaw is dead. I doubt anyone coukd survive falling from a moving plane, even a grounded one." Han cut in. "Still, it might be some of Shaw's people. The guy had more connections than the CIA. Killing him ruined a lot of things for his buisness partners. Therr is plently of peopke who could want revenge." Han said.

"Well can't you contact your friends? What was. His name? Dom, he could help you right?" Bree asked quickly. "Thats if they're not being watched too. I could try but, what if its just me? What if he hasn't located the others yet? The guy could be tapping my calls - I cant risk giving them away." He said.

Bree exhaled "so..." She looked up at Han. "I'm going to be careful and find out what I can." He said. Bree foubd herself looking at the floor. "This escalated quickly, girl crushes on bad boy, bad boy is actually Yakuza....who is really a ex-criminal who is 10 years older acting younger to hide from a past of fucking chicanery and subterfuge." Bree ranted under her breath.

"Bad boy huh?" Han chuckled, Bree tossed him a glare "glad you find it funny. Meanwhile, i can't feel my legs! What are we going to do? This is bad - god only know how many people are actually after you." Bree's voice was slowly rising. "We?" Han asked.

Bree fell silent "We, yes. Look I dont have a say in this anymore. You dragged me here into this life. And I like it, ok. But I don't know. Shit from shinola about how to survive it. No you? That's not an option for me." Bree said. Han scoffed and reached out his hand, sliding his palm onto Bree's cheek and caught his fingers in her hair.

"You're to stuborn Raquel. Just admit it already, you love me. You don't need me around you want me around. Your the girl who worked two plus jobs to support your family, for who knows how long while studying for school and taking care of your dad...who im guessing is a hot mess." Said Han.

"I just showed you what your life could be. But you dont need me from here on." He added.Bree watched him in silence. Her own pride wouldn't let her admit it. She was always so "holier than thou" about things. And now?

But she was loving all of it. She loved the release racing gave her, she loved the control she felt behind a wheel and the pride building a powerful ride gave her. She loved the rush that she got when caught in a tough spot, and more than anything she loved experiencing it under Han's careful eyes. She could be in trouble and yes it was proving dangerious but - she didn't want to be anywhere else.
