Chapter 8: Royalty

Alex's house

James was peacefully asleep on Alex's bed, she had been this way ever since her battle with Jillian. If she was this knocked out, it's safe to assume that Jillian is in a similar situation.

All this time, Alex has been by his fairy's side and he's never once left her. It was already the next day. He's skipped on both dinner and breakfast but he promised that he would wolf them both down later on.

A few minutes later, Alex woke to the movements of his fairy and he could see James waking up. Immediately he moved closer towards her and he was really taking in her sweet scent.

As for James, she was slowly opening her eyes and she felt much better, more so than yesterday. Looking to her left, she saw Alex staring at her and all she could do was smile at him.

"Hey.........." said James with a smile.

"Thank goodness you're awake, you've been out.....for quite long" said Alex.

"Since when?" asked James.

"A day...roughly, you were out when it was close to dinner time" said Alex.

"I see........" said James as she started getting out of bed.

"Woah woah woah, wait! Are you sure you're feeling alright?" asked Alex as he was soon by her side.

"Yes, I'm alright. But its nice of you to care" said James sweetly as she gently embraced Alex.

"I always care" said Alex as he soon mellowed into James's embrace.

"I know......." said James as she soon pushed him into her chest with a blush.

Alex was red in the face but he didn't fight it and he just remained there. He was literally in between man's paradise and he wasn't getting suffocated at all. Also getting gently caressed by the little bit of her dress covering her chest and her gloved hands was also a great bonus.

".........I should probably get ready for class but I don't want to leave......" said Alex with a muffled voice.

Giggling, James magically changed Alex into his school uniform and she was soon fluttering in the air while holding onto him.

"What would I do without you?" asked Alex as he remained in James's chest.

Smiling while flying downstairs, Alex's mom also smiled when she saw James. She was also worried about her since she was practically family now.

"Hey James, good to see you up and about. You really had me worried when Alex brought you in unconscious yesterday" said Alex's mom.

"Sorry for worrying you both...but I'm alright now, I promise. Me and my partner here just went through a heck of a battle yesterday and I haven't gone through that for at least......a several thousand years........at the very least" said James.

Upon seeing all of the food on the table, including yesterday's dinner, James magically placed all of it into Alex's stomach. Alex was now a fattened goose.

After waving goodbye to the mother, James took Alex to school and once again the students there couldn't stop staring at her.

Although a majority of the student body was staring at the dragon god, some of the students were also staring at the fat Alex in James's arms.

Entering the classroom, James ignored the staring students and the staring teacher and just simply placed the fat Alex onto his chair. After doing that, she soon took her leave, as if she was never really there. Once outside, she quietly giggled to herself.
