TPD: Chapter Thirty-two

Yo wazz up! Been a long time.. sorry at ngayon lang nakabalik si Ate M sa UD. Sa last few months kasi ng 2018 medyo madami ang nangyari, kaya naman hindi ako nakabalik sa wattpad. Mianhe, pero I just wanna say thank you sa mga patuloy na naghintay at sumoporta sa storya eto..

Haylee POV..
"Gabby, you ok? " I ask her when she just suddenly stares in mid air.

"Hmm.. oo, ok lang ako. "

"Talaga? Or baka naman iniisip mo pa rin ang nangyari kanina sa kwarto?"

"H-hindi. Hindi. Ok lang talaga ako. Wag mo akong alahanin."

"Ate Gabby, nasaan sina Kuya Matrix at Patrick?"

"Ouh elise, gising ka na pala? Ahm ah.. sina Kuya Matrix at Kuya Patrick ay may kinuha lang saglit sa gubat heheh."

"Ganun po ba? 'yawn' "

"Mukhang inaantok ka pa Elise ah. Gusto mo pa bang matulog?" Gabby ask the kid

"Ayoko na po. Kasi takot ako ma dream yung monster. "

"Aww... Dont worry Elise, the monster will not get you. Poprotektahan ka namin ni Ate Gab always." I said tsaka pat Elise's head.

Ngumiti si Elise sa akin, which made my heart happy. Aww I really like it when kids gave me that expression. Parang ang saya tingnan ng kanilang mga ngiti heheh.

But after Elise smile she suddenly frowns.. Oh my, what happened? Bakit siya bigla nalungkot?

"Hey why the big frown?" I ask

"K-kasi Ate Haylee, gusto ko sana makita si papa. Gusto ko siya makita ate." She said while tugging the sleeves of my shirt.

"Dont worry Elise, I am sure pagkatapos ni Lola Arela sa ritwal makikita mo na rin ang papa mo." I said

"Talaga po??"

When she asked that me and Gab look at each other. Maybe because we both wonder on what we can say to the child.

Because in this situation we dont know what will happen after this. If what we are gonna do can bring back everything as it was or will it stay the same.

But I cant let Elise feel that its already the end of the world. She already experience a tons of things at such a young age, that is why I wont make it worse for her.

Hindi ko siya pagkakaitan ng pag asa. Pag asa na kung saan, everything will be ok. That everything that happens is just a dream and any minute she will wake up thinking it never happen.

Kaya naman ako na ang sumagot sa kanya..

"Yes, baby girl. Everything will be alright. "

And with my answer she smile.

"Gabby, Haylee magsisimula na ang ritwal. "

"Sige eunice, susunod na kami. Uhmm, haylee siguro hindi na kailangan makita ni Elise ang nangyari sa likod. Pwede bang bantayan mo siya dito?" Gabby said

"Yeah, sure. Ikaw na lang ang pumunta sa likod. Sasamahan ko na lang si Elise." I said

Gabby smiled then pat Elise head and left. And as me and Elise are left alone..

"What do you say elise we play inside the room as we wait for them. "

"Ok po ate."

Third Person POV.
Pumunta na si Gabby sa likod ng kubo ni Lola Areya at dun nadatnan niya ang maraming candila na nakakalat sa damuhan. At kasama ng candila meron din mga halamang gubat na kung saan pabilog ang hugis.
