Levi x Reader (Sleep)

((Just a quick something before I start. I will be doing most of these one shots in season 1, 2, and beginning of season 3. The reason being that until season 3 gets its first arch over with, then I will go into more detailed one shots in the midst and end of season 3. I hope you don't mind. This will take place at the end of season 2 beginning of season 3.))

It had been such a long night shift.

It wasn't like there were a lot of titans, but Jean had fallen asleep at his post. So you would have to get up, check his post, and them to back to your own.

And you did that all night long.

You yawned and felt someone gently tapping on your shoulder. You turned to see black locks of hair and a hard face.

"Levi?" You asked rubbing your eyes.

"How can you even compare me to that little-" You heard a feminine voice say harshly. And soon you had cut her off.

"Mikasa! Great! Thank Maria your here...I need sleep." You yawned and looked over at Conny who was dragging Jean from his post.

"Of course Captain (Y/n), please go rest." Mikasa said taking your spot.

"Yeah...," You rubbed the back of your neck.

You had just recently earned the title of captain. But you didn't feel like you had gotten it the correct way.

Levi was a corporal. Hanji was a captain. And now so were you.

Due to Mike's death not too long ago, Levi had put you in his place.

You sighed and walked into the small house you all were currently staying in.

'Wait isn't Mikasa supposed to be resting?' You thought to yourself. 'Oh she is fine. I saw her doing crunches earlier.' You chuckled a bit.

Morning was just breaking over the hill before you. Beautiful colors of red and orange filled the sky.

You sighed and walked into the kitchen to see everyone furiously cleaning.

"What's gotten into your panties this morning?" You joked with them.

"Captain (Y/n)! Ma'am!" You heard Sasha's voice.

You sighed.

"Sasha...please just call me (Y/n)...we have been over this."

You had joined the scouts three years after the fall of Shiniganshina (I hope I spelled that right.)

Two years of debating and one year of training. Then you joined the scouts. And then a few more years past and this bunch came into the picture.

You were never part of the Levi squad. But Petra was a good friend of your. And you both would only argue about one thing...

The door to the small house slammed open. And Corporal Levi walked in and slid his hand under one of the tables to check if it was clean.

Anger and annoyance shot through his face. But before any words could be said. He realised how horrible you looked.

"Go sleep." He ordered.

"But I want to watch the experiment." You said crossing your arms.

"You look like shit." He rolled his eyes at you.

"I always look like shit." You said with uncertainty and hurt in your voice.

Silence filled the room.
