31st of October. Today was the day, the day that Baris had invited me for the scariest event in Singapore, the Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. I was packing my "survival kit" for me to head to "Hell". As I was packing, Jayden walked into the room...
"Going somewhere tonight?" Jayden asked.
"Yeah, Baris invited me for Halloween," I replied.
"Ahh... Can I... come along too?" Jayden asked, "I do not have any plans, and I think you might need a bodyguard."
As I was about to reply, I heard knocking coming from the door.
"Me? Need a bodyguard? You must be kidding..." I replied as I opened the door, "Oh? Earth? Who are you here for?"
"Well, since you said that, I shall not look for you but Jayden instead!" Earth joked, "I'm hearing something about a bodyguard, what's it about?"
"Well, someone is going on a scary date tonight..." Jayden sarcastically said.
"EHHH??? DATE? WHO IS IT? PENSRI???" Earth stick close to me as he exclaimed.
"No!! What date!! Its not a date! Just Baris asking me to hang out tonight..." as I wanted to finish...
"Wait...wait...wait... Is this guy hitting on my friend or what? At first, you hated him to the core, and now you are going on a hang out with him??" Earth questioned me before I can finish.
"Noo... I mean, after all, he's a senior and..." and again, as I was about to finish...
"and you go out with him? What's that logic??" Earth added quickly, "there's no way I am letting you go alone... WE shall go with you."
Oh my gosh, protective friends over friendship issues... But its okie, at least I had Earth next to me, which would make me feel more at ease and comfortable.
I whipped out my phone...
Leonard: Baris, sorry to inform you but there will be 2 idiots following with me tonight, are you fine with that?
Baris: Oh! Which 2 idiots?
Leonard: Well, Earth and Jayden.
Baris: Ah... Sure! The more the merrier anyways!! I have 2 other idiots with me too!
Leonard: HAHA! okie! See you in front of the school later!
"So... what did your LOVED ONE sayyyy????" Earth teased.
"You better shut up before I slap you... He is okie with it!" I replied.
"That's good!" He exclaimed as he placed his arms over Jayden's shoulder, and look at him, "let's go and enjoy a good show tonight!"
Later into the day...
I was waiting with Jayden for Earth, Baris and his friends to come over at the school entrance. Soon later, Baris arrived with 2 of his friends. They were the ones that were always next to Baris...
"Hi Leonard, these are my buddies, Henry and Elijah. You should have seen them during Orientation," Baris introduced, "Yeah, you two should know the both of them."
As we were exchanging "hi"s to each other, Earth arrived.
"SUPP! BUDDIES!!" Earth cheekily said, opening his arms wide for a hug. But everyone ignored him.
"Then shall we go? We grab an early dinner then we go there," Baris recommended.
"Sure! Only the few of us?" Jayden asked.
"Yeah! there will be more, joining us at the restaurant!" Baris said, "let's go then!"
"HEY! WHERE'S MY HUG?" Earth complained, "WAIT UP!!"
