Chapter 9: Something's Odd...

Earth's POV

As the contest date was nearing, everyone was getting really busy...

"Okie guys, either than this group dance that you guys are learning and the runway display, you guys would need to come up with a talent show," a crew member of this contest said.

"HUH... What..." Everyone dreaded.

"What the hell? We are like so tired from all the hell training they are giving and we still have to do this?" Leonard said to me dreadfully.

"Come on... Come on... You guys can be better than this!" The crew added after hearing everyone's complaints.

"You guys can go for a 15mins break. Later when you are back, we are going to brush up that choreography! Come on!" The crew member said.

I stood up and walked towards my bag, which was placed close to Leonard's. As I bent down for a drink, someone tapped on my shoulder from the back. I turned around and look...

"Here! A drink for you!" Jayden smiled as he passed me a bottle of 100plus.

"Ahh... Thank you. I needed this!" I thanked him.

"Where is Leonard? Mmmm, " Jayden said as he turned and looked for Leonard. We found him outside of the dance studio, sitting on the bench talking to Baris.

"That's weird... Last time they hated each other to the core, and now they are... Close???" I gossiped into Jayden's ear. After that, I looked up at Jayden's face to see that he looked furious over the situation. What's going on?

I walked towards Leonard and placed my arms over him, and said, "Hey Baris, sorry about the interruption but our practice is about to start soon." After finishing, I dragged Leonard into the Dance Studio.

"When did you start to become so close to Baris?" I questioned.

"Huh? Are we close?" Leonard asked.

"It's so obvious. Since the day Pensri introduced her boyfriend to us..." As I was stating the obvious, Leonard cut in, "Don't remind me about that..."

"Okie then... let's leave that aside, is Baris hitting on you or what?" I asked with a tone of irritation.

"Me? Cant be. Come on. You know I like girls, and it can't be that he like guys..." Leonard said.

"Well but there is someone that I think who wants to take overpower you," I said as I looked in the direction of Jayden. He was still staring at Baris on the outside of the studio, with that fury in his eyes.

"Cannot be! He is just a freaking roommate!" Leonard exclaimed.

"We shall see bro... You shall be the most popular among guys soon," I said seriously as I tapped on Leonard's shoulder.

"Okie! Everyone back to practice!" The crew announced.

Leonard POV

After training ended for the day, it was about 11 pm that day. I looked out to see Baris was still outside of the studio.

"Okie! Everyone you did great today! Don't forget, tomorrow, we are going out to the Beach Area to have our promotional videos taken," the crew announced, "please be emotionally and physically prepared! See you guys tomorrow!"

I walked to my bag and grabbed my bag.

"Bro. See... Baris still outside. Is he waiting for you?" Earth said in concern.

"Come on! He just wants to go out for supper. That's it," I explained.

"Supper I see, well, don't be out too late. Don't drink anything alcoholic or past to you by someone! Make sure you get enough sleep tonight!" Earth said. I walked out of the dance studio with Earth. Once Baris stood up, Earth pushed me behind a bit...
