I was now 5 wonderful months pregnant, and the morning sickness was getting over and I was just.. pregnant.
I exercised and took my vitamins and everything to insure that my babygirl was her healthiest. I loved her so much.
I had chosen the name to be Raiva. Ray and Eva; my mom's name. I told Ray I wanted to name it after him, and I wasn't gonna go back on that. And I loved the name, it was unique and cute all at the same time.
I was talking to Craig more and more each day. And I had to admit, I did start to like him. He was just the sweetest guy any girl could ever ask for. Always asking if I was okay and if the baby was okay and that he missed seeing me at Jackson's on a daily basis.
"C'mon.. let me see." he begged. We were on facetime and he wanted to see my belly because last time he saw it was when I was 3 months, and now I was 5 and two weeks.
"No."
"If you love me you'll let me see." he said.
"Tuh." that was always his way of getting me to do what he wanted, "I love you, but no."
"Abs." he glared at me.
I breathed out hot air, "fine." I got out my bed and walked, well, I had a little wobble to me. I was small, and Raiva was a big baby. I went to my full length mirror and flipped the camera around to the one facing the mirror. "See, happy?"
"Front camera." he demanded. I breathed out more hot air and turned it on the front camera and got as much of my face and stomach as I could. "You're beautiful." he smiled.
I smiled, and looked away from the camera so I wouldn't have that goofy look, "thanks Craig."
He smiled, "have you talk to Ray any?" he questioned.
I kinda stopped smiling, "Oh, um, yeah. I talked to him a couple days ago. Why?"
"Does he know we're talking? Or whatever we are?"
"Don't know and don't care. The only thing he should be worried about is himself, not me, and not my baby and not who I like." I admitted and raised my eyebrow, "Why?"
"No reason. I was just wondering." he smiled a little.
"Where's that little bundle of energy?"
"My mom's." he chuckled, "I'm not working tomorrow."
"Really? How come?"
"I took the day off. I can't do that?"
"I didn't say that." I giggled, "I was just wondering."
"Mhm.. Noted."
"Don't sass me." I glared at him.
"I'm not sassing you, baby." he said. I smiled really hard, "you look perfect."
"My cheeks hurt. Craig, stop." I giggled a little. "Thank you. You're the sweetest."
Out of nowhere I heard my dad call my name, "Abrial!" he shouted.
I sighed, "I gotta go."
"No."
"I do."
"No." he was protesting.
"Craig.. I don't want to, but I do. I'll talk to you this evening, alright?"
"Fine." he blew out some air.
"Good."
"Mhm."
"You're stalling."
"Completely." he smiled.
