A/N: Yay I finally updated:) So like I said before, the chapters will get longer lol. But anyways, ive been busy lately and and hit a writers block, and since I make up my stories as I go, so I was like "idk". But I think Im back on track. Also, in order to make the coma experience authentic, i actually went a looked up what it was like ti wake up from a coma, and i wrote based on that lol. So Thanks to everyone for reading and voting and such, and I hope you enjoy:)

It was now or never, sarah thought. She knew that if she didnt wake up now, she might not get the chance to do it again; and she wanted nothing more than to open her eyes and go back to her old life. As she focused on opening her eyes, she could feel her body actually resonding, for once. All the concentration made her want to fall back into her endless sleep. She felt her body rejecting the hard work, like it usually did. Finally, after what seemed like forever, sarah felt her eyes slowly peel open. She couldnt believe it. It felt like waking up from a long nights sleep and realizing that you had left your comtacts in, except worse. But she had actually woken up. The bright light was blinding at first, as if she was looking directly at the sun. She wanted to cover her eyes, but she realized that no matter how hard she tried, she couldnt move her arms, or her legs. She made out the blurred outlines of heads peering down from above her. She slowly blinked as her eyes began adjusting to the light, although they still werent focusing. She then heard a small groan, and realized that it had come from her, which would explain why the doctors went scrambling around again. Sarah had made a sound, which had probably shocked her more than it had shocked the nurses. "sarah.." A voice echoed. if you can hear me, move a finger." Sarah concentrated all her energy to move one of her fingers, but to much avail. She breathed in, concentrated, and tried again. This time, she felt it faintly twitch. "Shes responding!" announced the nurse. The excitment in her voice made her feel good; it had made her realize that so many people cared, and were counting on her to wake up. It had actually been a lot of work to move that one finger, because no matter how much she thought about moving her finger, it was as if her brain couldnt process what it wanted to do. Just as she began feeling like a she was going to stay an unresponsive zombie forever, her vision began to come into focus, and the first person she saw looking over her almost made her fall out of the bed, if she could've.
