As I reached my car I heard shots, shooting into the house and shooting towards somewhere else...

My car started and I drove to the edge of the forest, where I parked my car in the bushes. Leaving the car, I started walking in the direction of the forest. That's when I froze, not from something I saw, but from something coming from behind me. I heard a twig snap and then another, slowly I turned around.

There was a man standing there, he looked a little drunk and was holding a gun. Looking straight at me, suddenly he lowered the gun and I let the breath that I didn't know I was holding in, out. Then I realised why he had put the gun down, it was the man from the party.

He seemed confused for a second before saying "Why are you here, pretty girl?" 'Firstly, why are you here and" I paused for a second "Don't call me that!" I snapped at him and he looked hurt. I ignored it and continued talking "Well, if you have to know I'm here because they got my rego so I can't go home or they'll arrest me." I stated matter of factly, as if it was normal for me to be here.

I usually did come here but a little further down the road and then I walked to the school's unlocked sports equipment storage room. Although last time I did that I ended up sleeping the whole night and spotted running away by the caretaker. "Well, I was going to go home but I figured that I wanted to know where you lived... so I followed you" he broke me out of my thoughts " but then you stopped here and I didn't know why..." "Well now you do" I almost whispered.

Slowly it got colder and I started shivering, "We should get to sleep now" I said, "Yeah, but you look cold... do you want my warmth?" he seemed nervous. "Only because I'm cold, oh and I've got a boyfriend so don't try anything" I warned him.

I took out the blanket and we laid on the back seats of my car, underneath the blanket until we fell asleep.
