"I suppose I should start from the beginning" a solemn nod from the police officers and detective let me know that I should tell the whole truth and start from the beginning.
"When I was 8 years old I came home and saw my dad leaning over someone, at the time I didn't know who but it was my birth mother. He saw me enter the house and didn't hesitate in striding towards me, knife in hand and handing the knife to me. Then he told me to finish her off, at the time I thought my dad was great."
Here we go, the first oppurtunity they will have to put me behind bars.
"I did as he told me and plunged the knife into her thigh, I hit an artery and the blood spurted everywhere, my dad scrubbed me clean for hours after that and told the cops she had been cooking when she threw the knife towards me and I deflected it. The whole physics side actually made sense and he got away with it, they did keep me in custody for a month but let me out soon."
I paused and took a deep breath, they noticed and handed me a cup of water and tissues.
"When I was walking home with my previous best-friend Jake Blakely my dad walked out, holding a knife and once again handed it to me. Jake just sat there, sitting in awe as I plunged this one deep into his heart and watched his body collapse. I didn't feel guilt, I felt pride."
The cops squinted at me and hurried out of the room before attaching lie detectors to me and making me tell them again. When they were happy the detective asked for the names of all the people I had ever murdered. I unwillingly began to recall the names, I did not dare to speak them so I wrote them down.
