"Anna! How the fuck can you do that you bitch!" Joy screeched at me by my locker. I was feeling guilty, terrible and sick. He was a terrible kisser, Josh and Anna saw me, I'm sure about that. Joy was really pissed off, I could tell that. "Why are you so mad? It's not as if you're dating him." I said, desperate to sound calm.
Joy was obviously unhappy but she had already lost this fight, without her our game Stripped to the Heart would have to be put on hold, just for awhile.
When I reached my driveway I saw a smiling Leo in my rearview mirror. Crap! He was walking over, what to do? What to do? I quickly threw on some sunnies and a big hat from the backseat. The conversation ended there and I picked up everything, sauntering into the house. I reached my bedroom and jumped straight to my desk, ready to study. I needed something to keep me busy and away from my old personas which seemed to be coming back to haunt me.
Then I got a text and it was from Joy, with the caption 'best friends for NEVER!!!'
