My stupid alarm starts going off at 3am so I get out of bed get changed into my cloeths go to bathroom do my stuff and then pack it all away and walk out and shut my suitcase and head down stairs and I see Kai
Tegan : hi
Kai: hi so I take your getting ready for your flight
Tegan ; Yh I need to order an uber and then I can go
Kai: let me take u I'm up with Luna
Tegan : are u sure
Kai: Yh may as well just let me finishs giving Luna her bottle

After he finishes giving the bottle we head out to his car put my suitcase in and then we drive to airport
Tegan ; thank u for dropping me off
Kai: it's fine how long u gonna go for
Tegan : idk I'll see what the doctors say tomrrow
Kai: ok well stay safe and were see u soon

I walk do my stuff cheak in and all the airport stuff and then wait for my gate to open after it dose I get on the plane
Skip plane ride
After I'm done at the air port I head to my place
When I get in I unpack my stuff grab a hammer and nail and hand gabes stuff up so I can always see him and then 4.30 comes around quickly so I head to the hospital and get there just before 5 I sigh in and wait for some one

Tegan : yep
I walk to a room I get told to sit down on the bed so I do
Lydia: so u had a panick attack yesterday for no reason
Tegan ; I started shaking because I've been ill the past couple days and I think it just got me panicking
Lydia : ok and how has your pain been
Tegan ; better I feel good exspet the shaking
Lydia: are u under any stress
Tegan : idk I'm always acting happy around my friends and there family's but it's getting hard acting like everything is fine it's just not
Lydia : why do u act around them
Tegan : because I'm scared that if I don't act they won't like me because 5 mouths I've been on my own and I changed and Daniel dosent like the fact that I have changed
Lydia : u can act and u can't change for people u need to be u
Tegan : I know but it's just if I do something wrong he gets annoyed so I act happy and act like nothing's happening
Lydia : ok
We talk more about the problems and I have to take pills because they think I have depression and anxiety so I grab my pills and head back to my place and call Tristan

Tristan : hey how was your appointment
Tegan : got diagnose with anxiety and depression
Tristan : oh are u ok
Tegan : no I don't want pills to make me happy i just want a normal life where I don't take pills
Tristan: I know but there gonna be there to help
Tegan : I know and i will deal with it

Tegan : I'll be fine I'll call u tomrrow or something

Tegan : no I'll do it now

Daniel : what why would u go back to new York and not tell me
Tegan : I had a doctor's appointment and I just come back here for it instead of being over there

Tegan : it got booked yesterday and I left early this morning
Daniel : I knew u were hiding stuff from
Tegan : I wasent ok it just got booked yesterday for a hospital appointment
Daniel : ok what did they say
Tegan : nothing really important

Tegan : idk
