Brief Comment on Patient 39145:
Miss Sykes suffered a horrible childhood as mother took away Stephenie from brother and father. For a period of time, Stephenie's mother, been taking large dosage of drugs and binge drinking. At the age of 3, Miss Sykes, was left in the house alone for days.Moved around into Foster home. The abuse continued in foster homes. Entered into the St.Peter's Mental Health hospital at the age of 6 in 1997.
St.Peter's Mental Health Hospital comment:
Stephenie was struggling alot when she first arrived at the hospital. She started to have bad mood swings, hurt herself and shout, quote, "They want to hurt me". At the age of 10, we annouced that Miss Sykes had the case of Schizophrenia.

Studying Miss Sykes at the age of 13, beginning of her teenage years, she has type 2 of Schizophrenia which is
- change in behaviour or thoughts.
- lack of function.
- Depression.
We believe that applying this medication would calm her down and soon return home with her Father, Ian Sykes and her brother Oliver Sykes. Hopefully the medication will last long and roughly at the age 16 she will be able to leave

Continue to study patient 39145 , Stephenie Courtney Sykes. St. Peter's Mental Hospital have recently discovered that the patient has stopped taking her medication and undiscontinued her therapy sessions. On October 19 2013 we did some studies on Miss Sykes and have discovered she know longer has type 2 but instead type 5 which is very rare. Type 5 is one of the most dangerous types of Schizophrenia as the patient will have symptoms of
- Hallucations of past
- Extreme self harm
- Behaviour problems
- Overreacted
- Extreme Depression
-Voices controls the body
- Believe things that arent true
- Faint
- Vomitness
- Epileptic Fits
- Violent towards others
- Believes to have multiple idenities
- Hurt others for fun
- Kill
Miss Sykes will have to enter into the Mental Health Hospital as she is dangerous to society. Please inform this to her family members as they are in extreme dangerous and do not provoke her at all and keep her calm. We strongly recommend that you allow us to bring Stephenie in and to help her. Miss Sykes must not be around people, they could serious get hurt or worse...killed. Once this form is signed my team will pick Stephenie from her house.
