I sat alone in the coffee shop Friday afternoon, drinking tea. The events of Monday were still in my head. It was now Friday. I was still on my toes since the indecent, always on the lookout for anyone following me. Every noise I heard freaked me out.

This was were the tea came into play. I was going in everyday in the morning before school and after school to get a tea. It was helping for the most part.

If anything was going to happen, it should have happened already. The minute Monday hits, I'd let my guard down and everything would go back to normal.

I let out a breath as I sipped my tea, closing my eyes. This was helping a lot. The flavors washing themselves over my taste buds, causing my mind to become distracted and relax with the wonderful taste and smell of lavender. My happy place.

Suddenly the bell rang as someone opened the door. My eyes opened as I turned slightly to see who it was. I was expecting someone I didn't know who seemed to be innocent. Instead, it was the woman that worked at the House Elf Specialties. She spotted me and smiled, walking over to me. I turned away amd kept my cup to my lips. She tapped me on the shoulder and I slowly turned.

"Hi...?" I felt awkward, weakly smiling at her.

"I have a few questions for you, if you don't mind," she said with a smile. I shook my head.

"Not at all, as long as I'm not in trouble..." I replied. She led me out of the coffee shop and to the alley next to the shop. There was a man standing in the alley. He was wearing some sort of purple suit and a hat. He was darker skinned and seemed to be on the taller side.

"Pleased to meet you, I am Kingsley Shacklebolt," He said, holding his hand out to shake. I took it and shook politely.

"Melody Moore," I replied.

"What's this about?" I asked, playing dumb.

"Monday of this week, Nora here reported a muggle that performed magic, so I'm here to investigate." Shaklebolt stated with a gentle smile. I fixed my glasses and looked at the ground for a moment.

"I'm not a magician or anything. I don't know what happened on Monday." I said as a gust of wind blew through the alley. He gave a chuckle and pulled a stick out of his robes and offered it to me.

"Hold it for a minute." He said. I took the wand like stick and stood still. I watched it. Nothing happened. In fact.... nothing happened. The wind stopped. The leaves on the ground went still. There was nothing.

"I... don't like this..." I said, handing the object back to him. He took it back and looked at the one named Nora. The wind slowly picked up again and the leaves continued with their journey to where ever they were off to. I looked around and then back at the two people I was talking to. The man looked at me with a raised eyebrow. I raised my eyebrow back at him.

"What?" I asked. Sure the wind completely ceasing was pretty weird, but I had nothing to do with it.

"How old are you?" He asked.

"16..." I replied cautiously.

"And you're not at Hogwarts?"

"Hog what?" He gave a nod at my reply.

"I'll investigate this further. If your magic is that strong you should have been accepted to Hogwarts." I rolled my eyes.

"Okay. I'm going home now. I have homework that isn't going to do itself." I said, turning away from them and walked out of the alley. I walked home, thinking non-stop about what just happened.

This was weird and dumb. Some sort of prank or something. I didn't have time for it.
