Chapter 6 : The New Base

By the time that they got to the D.O.G. base, they saw that it was demolished. Large craters of smoke filled up the area, and cracked pieces of metal were seen everywhere. Fire was moving around the broken control panels.

"What the-" Biscuit asked.

"Meowthra" Adam muttered. They walked around the destroyed area. The strange thing was that there were no bodies lying dead.

"Ok, I'm pretty sure my atomiser isn't here." Berry stated

They noticed a map on the wall. It showed New York city on it, with a red line that seemed to mark their new base. They didn't have to guess that, because the words: NEW BASE HERE were written on it.

"Seems like we have to go a bit further" Teymur said. They went on their vehicles and sped off.

Soon, they found a hidden lever a bit closer to the old base than they had expected. Firepaw flicked it and the wall opened to a dark corridor. As they walked down, some lasers activated.

"Was this the best they could think of? Lasers?" Enrico asked.

"No time for questions. I WANT MY ATOMISER BACK!!!" Berry cried out.

"Stand back guys." Adam told them, and he glitched through the lasers, flicking the off switch on the other end.

They spotted some dogs guarding the entrance, barely missing Berry.

"I know you're out there!" He growled They all held guns in their paws. One of them heard Berry's whining, and the dog shot a laser.

Biscuit grabbed a laser gun as well, and shot. The laser hit one dog in the stomach, and he fell to the floor. All the other dogs started shooting at once. Adam jumped forward and used his blast wave to deflect a laser at another dog's head. Teymur and Enrico also grabbed their guns and crouched behind some walls. They advanced, but heard a voice behind them.

"Idiots, you really thought you could catch the spy. " Said the voice behind them.

Berry turned around, and saw a cat with long claws. The cat was a female, and was twice the size of Berry. Firepaw was the next to turn around, and saw the monstrosity.

"Umm..." Said Firepaw shuttering.

"Hello, sister" Mumbled Adam.

"Hello Adam... I guess we have a family reunion." Said Meowthra.

"You're not family... You're just a murderer!" Yelled Adam.

"You Idiots 'M.E.O.W' are the murders!" Snapped Meowthra.

Meowthra heard Teymur reloading his gun.

"Guys stop arguing, and kill her!" Yelled Teymur, firing his gun.

Meowthra dodged the attack, and swiped Firepaw out of the way. Adam fired his gun, but Meowthra turned into a bug, then changed back. She turned her hand into a hammer, and whacked Adam towards a wall. Firepaw called to his walkie for reinforcements.

"Heh, Heh" Laughed Meowthra.

"Why are you laughing?" Asked Firepaw.

"Because of this..." Answered Meowthra.

Fluffy, and Melissa ran into the base, but Meowthra grabbed out a C4 controller, and pressed it. Explosions went off, and Fluffy went flying along with Melissa. The roof collapsed on everyone.
