Chapter 7 : Adam Experiences the Void

As the roof was falling, everyone was running around trying to avoid the falling debris. Dust was clouding the area so they couldn't see Meowthra anywhere. Suddenly, a large chunk fell right on top of all of them. As soon as it was inches away from them, it stopped. When the dust cleared out, they saw Pixel holding the piece of the roof.

"Run!" Pixel yelled. They all jumped out of the way, then Pixel dropped the roof, jumping out of the way as well. When the dust cleared out, Meowthra was long gone. Adam was looking down, his glitches still active.

"What did she mean, we are the murderers?" Biscuit asked him.

"You see, when Firepaw was in the adoption center, and when Meowthra had run away, she had made a friend called Lenny. Lenny could sneak into a vent filled with active security cameras and still not get caught. She asked Lenny to infiltrate M.E.O.W. and blow it up, but when he placed the bomb, there was a lockdown and the vent that he and the active bomb were in closed on both sides. He was trapped, and he blew up. Meowthra blamed it all on M.E.O.W." Adam explained.

"Wow, that's actually pretty sad." Firepaw said.

"Guys! What if we try to bring Lenny back! Maybe Meowthra will stop!" Berry told them.

"Lenny's dead, though. We can't bring someone back from the dead." Teymur stated.

"We can bring him back from the void!" Berry replied.

"We don't know how to get to the void." Enrico told him.

"There is someone who does know." Berry smiled.

"Yo Derek!" Berry said walking by his cell.

"What do you want?" Derek snapped. Derek had never been a fan of M.E.O.W. or any cat, and he had a BIG history with Cheetoh and Cheezit.

"We need to ask you a favor." Berry told him.

"And why would I help you?" Derek asked.

"Because If you do, we'll consider freeing you." Biscuit replied Derek perked up.

"Fine, but just this once." He told them. He stretched his hand for them to shake.

"Ok, what do you need?" He asked.

"We need to you make another portal to the void." Firepaw answered, "It's pretty important." At those words Derek took out a few junk objects, and struck them against the wall. The same blue flame from when Derek freed Shredder appeared on the wall, and a portal emerged from the center. They saw the shadow of a Wolf hybrid with a cracked collar reading: Lenny. When the portal opened however, Adam was glitching like crazy.

"What's going on?" Enrico asked.

"My glitches are only stable in this dimension, the closer I get to the void, the more I glitch!" Adam replied. Adam tried to walk away, but he seemed to be getting sucked in the portal.

"Help!" Adam yelled before he got sucked into the portal, then it closed. Everyone was silent.

"Dang it... Does this mean we have to save him, It's going to take forever!" Complained Enrico.
