"Seriously?" Auguste says in the doorframe.

"What?" I ask and Isaac and I both look up from our books.

"How often do you guys just sit and read?"

I shrug.

"A lot?"

"Okay well maybe not the best night for Isaac to be over. I'm telling maman about Ximena."

"Oh..." I look to Isaac.

"If I end up homeless you better drive me to yours," Auguste's says. "Oh god I don't want her to kill me."

"Maman was good with Grace though," I say.

"That's because Grace is the favourite. They've always been the closest. However, she's going to kill me."

Good thing I didn't get anyone knocked up. Imagine, the kid that came out of the blue and ruined the perfect family, gets a girl pregnant. However, I may face the same issue Grace did.

"Well it's better to get it over with," I say.

"Okay but I'd like at least one witness so she doesn't kill me."

"Again, do you have a plan or anyway to prove that this won't get in the way of your future."

Auguste stares.

"Yeah.. no."

"Good start," Isaac says sarcastically.

"So helpful."

"Just go do it," I say.

"Should Ximena of been here?" Auguste asks.

"Well it's better she doesn't kill both of you," I say as I read.

"You guys are both so helpful."

"Your welcome."

"Oh and don't get Penny knocked up or you will be in this spot."

"Who says I'd have to tell Gwen," I smirk.

I see Isaac glare at me in my peripherals.

"See I can't even tell if that's sad or not," Auguste says.

"Go tell her and bring Phoebe. She loves babies," Isaac says.

"Yeah. Plus, she'll makeup for how livid Gwen will be. Phoebe will be bouncing around the house screaming 'I'm going to be an aunt'."

Auguste stares at us.

"Yeah I can't do this."

"Phoebe!" I yell.

Phoebe appears a minute later.

"Yeah?"

"Go with Auguste to talk to Gwen."

"About what?"

"Rien. Allez-vous en."

"Rude," Phoebe says to Auguste. "Casey about what?"

"I don't know," I mumble and shrug, still not looking up from my book.

"You all are interrupting reading."

"Apologies," Auguste says sarcastically. "Because..." Auguste tilts his head and squints to see what Isaac is reading "The picture Dor— something Gray is more important."

"'The Picture of Dorian Gray' you dolt. Can you read."

"Not on that angle!"

"It's Oscar Wilde. Have you seriously not heard of it."
