TWO YEARS Earlier
"Harlequin wake up today is the day" one of my fellow werewolf said as he knock on the door I groaned as I drag myself out of bed and straight to the bathroom to take a shower i take of all my clothes and hop on the shower and take a warm bath. I probably should introduce myself 'hi my name is Harlequin and I'm a werewolf I'm 18 years old and I guess you all guys are wondering why today is so special. Is because that my father is passing his pack to me so that means that am going to be there Alpha FINALLY
Anyway I finished showering and grab a towel put it around my waist and walked out of the bathroom am not shame to show my body because am not fat or really skinny my body is normal. I Walked towards to my closet and started to pick a gray shirt, jeans and brown boots

I walked out of my bedroom and straight where my friend is standing there waiting for me in the hallway "DUDE I BEEN WAITING FOR YOU LIKE A HALF OF HOUR!" Helbram said angry "so this is now how you greet to me now?" I said crossing my arms "yes" he said also crossing his arms and looked away "anyway, come on everyone is waiting for you" he released his arms grabbing my hand and started to lead where is that meeting
When Helbram open the door I saw that all our pack and family was there even my father every one looked at the door and then looked at me smiling I walked towards to them and saying hi till a clap pull my action "please everyone take you a sit" one of my man said as everyone take there sits I sit one of the front row next to my best friend "we are all gathered here to celebrate to my son. He trained and leaned very hard to make this day come and it finally happened" My father said looking at every one "so I want say that-" ALPHA!" My father was interrupted by one of the guards
"WHAT DO YOU WANT YOU FOOL!" My father Screamed at him in anger "you have to see this...is the vampire" I immediately stand up when I heard the word vampire I was ready to fight. My father looked at me then at the guard "what are they doing here?" He question walking towards to him "I think they are going to attack every time soon" he said walked towards to the door "fine if they want to fight then let's give them something that they wouldn't forget" my father said turned around and looked at all of us
"Be prepared we are in war" he said every one shift into a werewolf I was going to shift but my father grab my shoulder making me to stop "you are not going" he said as his cold dark eyes looked at me "WHAT?! Why I can help" I said "no" my father said using his Alpha voice " but I can help you with this fight" I said back trying to convince him
"I said no.."he sign as he grab my hand and lead me somewhere private "look if I don't make it-" "don't you dare say that" I said I know where this going "Harlequin listen to me" he put his both hands on my shoulder holding me tight "if I don't make it I want you to promise me PROMISE me that you wouldn't failed protecting your pack and you will keep fighting what you love" he said I looked at his eyes and saw sadness it surprised me because he never showed sadness or happiness it's like that he shouldn't show any emotion
"Why are you saying this?" I said as tears started fall down my cheek "because If I die I want you lead and protect your people no matter what" I just look at him don't know what to say "Harlequin you are my son and I don't want nothing to happen to you...I can't lose you like I lose your mother" he said whipping out of my tears with his thump "Smith" he called out as one of the bodyguards ran towards to us "protect him no matter what" he said
Then Smith walked towards to me and grab my arm pulling me away from them "WAIT! no no let me go Dad please" I said as I started to struggle to get out of Smith grip "love you son" he said as he turn around and transform into a werewolf. Vampires started to came and attack "DAD!!..I CAN HELP PLEASE!" I screamed even I know it's useless
As vampire came and attack my pack and my father then I saw a big Vampire he has a scar across his face, black hair and moon tattoo on his arm . As Smith started to take me towards the back door all I saw that my father got into attack position and the vampire just crouch down and then the door closed the last thing I saw that they lungs at each other
"Smith let me go" I groaned as I struggled more "no" he started to take me towards to the woods that is really close to the mansion "I HAVE TO HELP MY DAD!" I screamed "look we will know that if his alright when we are at the cave Okay?" He said as he grab my shoulder and make me to turn around to look at him "Okay"
We walked towards to the cave that is really far from our mansion but we make sure that we wouldn't have been followed "here sit there I will be looking around for any vampire ok" I sit at a rock and watch him leave. It have been two hours since he lift and I started to get worried "where is he?" I question myself till I heard grass being smash I got up and got ready to fight "clam down it's me" I saw Smith walking towards to the cave "SMITH?! Are you alright" I question ran towards to him
"Am fine" he said putting his hand on my head "Yeah but am not" I look back at Smith and saw HELBRAM?! "Helbram are you okay" I question walking towards to him and put his arm around my shoulder to help him to walk better "yeah am fine" "Where is the others" I question "the others is coming" Helbram said I help him to walk towards to the cave and put him to sit
We stay there for awhile till the other came back "WHERE IS HARLEQUIN!" One of the My pack said worried "am here" I said as I stand up "oh thank god that you are alive" he walked towards to me and give me a tight hug "Am happy to that you guys are alive" I said as I looked around but I didn't find my dad
"Um hey Scott Where is my father?" I question as I looked around "ohh uh.....look Kid your father....your father didn't make it" He said as he grab my shoulder "what no no he have to be alive his our Alpha he can't be dead" tears started to drop "sorry kid" Scott put his arms around me holding me keeping me tight "he can't he can't be dead" I mumble as I put my head on his shoulder
"Shhhhh it's okay" he started to rub my head trying to keep me clam "so Where is the others?" Smith question walking towards to us "we didn't have a choice to fall back" Scott said "Why?" I release myself from him and looked at him in the eye "because Vince was there" Smith look at him shock "Vince was there?" Scott just nobbed. I look at the both of them confused
"Who's Vince ?" I question "Vince is the most dangerous and powerful vampires out there he can use the power that can enter in your dreams and hurt you in there" Smith said looking at the ground angry "I bet his the one who killed our Alpha" Smith mumble angry "it's no time to be angry we have to go" Scott said as he grab some things and walked out of the cave "where are we going?" Helbram question as he stand up "we can't stand here while Vince is looking for us"
"We are going to another cave way far away till they stop looking for us" Scott said "when is that going to happen?" I question grabbing some clothes "I don't know kid. I don't know" as everyone started to pack there stuff we head out to find somewhere safe
