*Important Authors Note at the end.*Prologue
Jen's POV:
Before I could speak up, he beat me to it."
"Whatever happens next just know that that was amazing and hopefully I see you around." The voice whispers in a husky deep voice.
I immediately recognized the voice and my heart begins to speed up.
Why here?!
Why him?!
I didn't respond to him, afraid that he would recognize my voice and things would become awkward. I really didn't want things to be awkward between us, especially when I just told him we need a break.
Maybe he's too drunk to know it's me.
By now my heart felt as if it was going to beat out of my chest.
What am I going to do?!
Before I could figure out a plan, the door opened to the one and only Peyton Green.
AKA: HIS LAST CONQUEST!!!
As I took my blindfold off, I was stunned and stood in the closet next to James trying to decide whether I should run or stay. Luckily, it was too dark in the closet for her to see me.
Maybe if I run she won't notice me...
You could say that by the motion on my feet, I was home within 10 minutes. I never stopped to catch my breath or slow down. Neither did my heart.

A Few Weeks Earlier...
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
BOOM!
"Owwwww." I groan I pain.
My alarm clock was so loud that it scared the shiitake mushrooms outta me out and I fell off my bed.
As I slowly made my way off the ground with my butt aching, I remembered that it was Saturday.
Why I have an alarm for Saturday, I don't know.
My mom must've set it.
Today I just wanted to do something fun. I could always call over James for a movie marathon...
Sighing, I remembered the conversation I had the night before with my family.
Basically, my parents are leaving for a few business trips tomorrow and my older sister is too busy with her own life and kid to be bothered with me. So long story short, I'm gonna be home alone for a while...
I really couldn't believe my ears when they told me. I felt like I was the bad child left behind because I couldn't behave...
What type of family leaves their poor 17-year old at home with nothing to do for a whole month?!
They were gonna be gone for a whole MONTH!
How would I survive?
How would I eat?
Whose gonna kiss my forehead goodnight?!
