When I touched my bed, I fell asleep for about two hours and so did Kyra. Cora decided to be a little book worm and read while we slept.
Once we woke up, it actually took three hours to get fully dressed. So in total, we took five hours to get ready...

My outfit consisted of a black body con dress, a red bomber jacket, and red vans. As for accessories, it was just some silver hoops, two hair clips, and the bracelet that James got me. I wanted to look good but not make it too obvious that I was trying...
When I walked out of my bathroom to see the girls, they both squealed, screamed, and hyped me up, urging me to do a spin.
As requested, I did and then noticed their outfits.
Cora was wearing some cool camouflage pants in teal, black, and white, a teal/ green tube top, Nike Air sneakers, and a black bucket hat. As for accessories, she had on a silver chain, some small hoops, and two silver chain bracelets. She also had one of my small bags on her back.

Kyra had on a black long sleeve turtle neck, a blue jean skirt, and some high knee black boots. As for accessories, she put on sliver studs and took one of my purses to put her stuff in.

I have to admit, we look amazing...
"Guys, the party started at 9, it's almost 10:30. Are we ready?"
"Vamos, putas"
"Aw, Jen, you know I don't understand Spanish..."
"Cora, stfu and let's go"
"Ok then..."
I ended up grabbing Cora's slow ass, dragging her to the door. Kyra quietly followed behind with a smirk on her face.
Getting in Kyra's car, I'm in the driver's seat, she's in the passenger seat, and Cora is in the back.
"Guys, I don't wanna be in the back."
"That's too bad, you should have thought of that when you were being stupid..."
"Aw, come on guys..."
"It's too late now anyway, we're already in the damn car and I'm driving, so hush..."
"I don't know why I'm friends with you guys..."
Kyra suddenly burst out yelling...
"Wait, guys, didn't Kayla graduate last year?!"
"Yea but she has a lot of friends still in HS so..."
"Wow, so we're going to a college party?"
"Yea, it's not our first time anyway. What, are you scared, Jen?"
"No, I just know that James is gonna be there."
"Don't worry, we'll be stuck to your hip all night."
"Yea, and if not, James is still one of your best friends, so nothing bad should happen..."
"He's been acting weird lately, I don't know if I wanna be left alone with him. You never know what can happen."
"Oh stop being a wuss. You guys need to figure out y'all dumb issues and stop breaking up the friend group."
"CORA!"
"We're breaking up the Potato Squad?"
There is sadness apparent in my voice. I try to hide it by clearing my throat.
"Anyway guys, we're around the corner so let's just park here before it gets too crowded over here."
"Wait, if we only lived like 5 blocks away, why didn't we just walk?"
"I honestly don't know but I'm wearing high knee heel boots while both of you are wearing sneakers."
"Touché, my friend, touché."
"Jen, stop saying that, and let's go!"
This time, the roles were switched and Cora was pulling me toward the house with colorful lights and music so loud, that you could feel from the block we were standing on.
I have a queasy feeling about tonight but with all the liquor imma down, hopefully, it goes away.
