Larry's Pov:

  "You know I had a dream..." Laurent says slipping back into his hospital robe. "What about?" I was getting dressed as well. "Well we were sitting by this tree and you kept saying you want to tell me something while holding my hand. And I kept asking what it was but you never told me. Weird right?" He explained. "Yeah....." I thought about what I told him and I was rubbing his ring finger.

We kissed and I snuck back out and left the hospital. I made it back to the beach house. I go in and feel a little troubled. I see Deon still awake. He sees me. "Hey man...." He gets up stretching. "Hey." I walk past him. "So where's the milk?" He asks before I could get out of sight. "Huh?" I say as if I don't know what he's talking about. "The milk. You said you were gonna get some milk." I tried not to give a suspicion look. "Oh right the milk." I dramatically say. He just nodded at. "I must have left......it at the store." I painfully lied. "So hows Laurent?" He changed subject. I knew he must have figured out I was with Laurent. "He's ok. And awak-" "I fucking knew he woke!" Deon shouted. "Why couldn't I go with you?" He said upset hitting me. "Uh none of the docters or nurses knew...." I explained. Deon looked confused. "Then why would he want you to come if the........ooooooo I know......you were doing a little examination on him if you know what I mean!" He said loudly. I shook my head rolling my eyes and left. "Scratch that off the bucket list. Larry Bourgeois had sex in a hospital." He announced to no one. I went up to my room and layed out on the bed. I felt my phone ring. I pulled it out my pocket. I looked at the screen. I was kinda shocked. It was my mom. I felt heat go around my eyes. I knew I had to tell her everything if she asked. I sat up and pressed answer. "Hey Mama...." I say feeling myself get choked up. "Can you hear me Larry?Can you hear me?" She asks loudly. "I hear you fine Ma." I get up and close my door locking it. "I haven't talked to you since that concert I saw you in with Beyonce. I still don't know why you dance for a job." She complained. "I told you it was my career not a job." I laughed a little. "Aw what do I know. .....You know you sound a little tired. You ok hun?" She got concerned. "I'm......ok" I felt the tears start to come out. I was praying she wouldn't ask. 'Don't ask don't ask' I repeat in my head. "W-Where's Laurent?" She asked coughing a little. I felt the hot tears run down my face. "He's......." I could barely talk. "Larry?" She said more concernes. "Mama we've been through hell out here." I say crying. "What are you saying?" I could hear her getting choked up as well. "He's fine but Laurent was shot and and I don't know what else we'll have to go through Ma. I just...." I couldn't speak anymore. She didn't speak for a while. "Uhh o o ok. I'm coming down there and your gonna tell me what happened. I'm gonna see my baby at the hospital. Ok baby." I was barely able to manage words. ".......oh ......kay" I hung up. I hesitated and dropped my phone and just sobbed in my hands. I just felt everything we've been through all at once that it hit me like a train.

I was at the airport with Deon. "Are you gonna tell her?" He asked. I just nodded. "The sex and everything?" He adds. I ignored him. I then see the arrival doors open. I took a deep breath. I saw people with suit cases walking out. Then there my Mama was. We saw each other at the same time. "Oh my baby!" She shouted quickly walking to me. I smile and walk up to her and hug her. I slightly picked her up off the ground but put her down. "Oh my you're huge." She smiled widely and beautifully. "Oh lord and your hair." She looks shocked. She had the urge to touch it. "But I know you hate people messing with it." I picked up her suit case for her. I then took her to where Deon was standing. "Oh my god. Is that Deon??" She looked shocked. "My my my. What a handsome.........yeah." She hesitated. "It's cool miss. He knows." Deon says. She nodded. "Ok so I'll take you to the-" "We're going to the hospital first thing." She cut me off. "What?" I say. "I'm seeing my baby now. Ok?" She stomped her foot. "Alright then." I let iut a deeo breath. "Lau's gonna like this."

Laurent's Pov:

I was texting Larry all day. But he never replied. I wondered what was up. The doctors found out I was awake and put me in recovery. I liked it buy hated that I had to eat liquid food only.

"Mr. Bourgeois. You have visitors." A nurse came in and told me. I then see Deon who instantly ran to me hugging me. "Hey man." I smiled. I then see Larry come in. I smiled at him but he slightly smiled back. "What's wrong ba-" I was frozen. I saw my mother come in. She looked at me sadly buy happily. "Aw my poor baby."She walked up to me hugging me tighly. I looked at Larry who was looking down. I couldn't believe she was here. What all did Larry tell her. "How you feeling hun?" She looked at me concerned. "I'm ok?" I say still looking at Larry. "That's good. Now who in the hell shot my baby?" She looked at Larry. He looked like he was about to start crying. I took her hand turning her towards me. "Mama look. I think there's somethings we need to talk about. But right now and today isn't the time. Ok?" I say looking her in the eyes. I was easy with persuading her then Larry was. Shr nodded and kissed my forehead. "I'll be back tomorrow sweetheart." She then walked out. I layed back rubbing my face. Larry left out before I could question him. Deon stayed im here. I looked at him. "You're not gonna go with them?" I asked. He gave me a sly look. "What?" I look at him confused. "Nothing....." He gave me a smirk and left out. He's strange.

Larry's Pov:

"Ok Ma you'll sleep here. Ok?" I showed her to her room at the beach house. She got settled in and situated. I was about to leave out her room when she stopped me. "Larry...." I turned around. "Yes Mama." I say. "You know I still love with any decision you make. No matter how crazy it can be. You know that right?" She said caringly. I nodded then left out.

I was walking bacl in forth in my room. How can I tell her me and Laurent are together. And I want to marry him?
