"Hey , are you even listening to me ?" I heard Ken say . I snapped my head towards him , he was frowning . I smiled nervously . "Sorry" I said feeling guilty . His frown faded .

"Tell me what's on your mind" He said smiling . I smiled back , "Nothing really , listen i'm really sorry about tha-"

"Nahh don't worry about it" He said , "My life is boring" He chuckled . I smiled apologetically . "Still" I said . "That was rude of me" . He started looking around for something . He was looking all over the fast-food restaurant . When he'd finally spotted it , he glanced back towards me grinning .

"Why don't we go and sit in our own booth" He asked while smiling widely . I looked to Keenen and Danie from the corner of my eye . They were leaning over the table towards each other , Keenen was biting his lip . Danie was giving him that "let's fuck" kind of look .

I turned my head towards Ken and said ; "Let's go" . We had to ask the two love birds to move in order for us to escape .

When we'd finally occupied our own booth , we sat across from eachother . He immediately smiled , "Finally" he breathed out . I giggled and rolled my eyes .

"So tell me about yourself" he said . He'd used my own words against me . I smiled slightly . "You aren't slick" I told him . "Plus , there isn't much to tell" . He grinned . "Liar" He said . "Your life seems so giddy and exciting" He said back . I froze , my life was the total opposite of giddy and exciting . He didn't catch that , so he continued ..

"I bet your a daddy's girl , with the perfect house . You probably have one of those pushover mothers , yunno , the ones who allow their children to run all over them" . I stopped breathing . He continued ;

"You probably have Justin Biebe-"

"Shutup , shutup , shut UP !" I said through gritted teeth . He looked at me with wide eyes . I started breathing heavily . He smiled lazily "I was only kidding precious" He told me . "No biggie" .

Wrong

It was a damn biggie . "Don't assume you know someone's life" I shot back .

He cleared his throat and looked away . "Fine" he said out loud . I rolled my eyes .

Someone tapped me on my shoulder .

"What !" I snapped turning my head . I softened my features . It was Danie and Keenen . "Get lonely without us ?" Ken asked chuckling . I turned to look at him . He was smirking , I rolled my eyes and turned my attention towards Danie . "Whats up ?" I asked .

She was avoiding my gaze . Something was definitely up . "Whats up ?" I asked again impatiently . Keenen spoke up . "Well , we kinda wanna get outta here" He said quickly . I turned my gaze towards Danie again . She still avoided my gaze .

"Danie" I said sharply . She'd finally looked at me . She smiled and spoke up . "I was thinking Ken could take you home , Or yunno , you guys could hang out ?" She said . Was she asking or telling ? I glared at her .

'Please' She mouthed . I didn't answer . "Sure go ahead , we're fine here" I heard Ken say . "Wha-"

"That's great" Danie said quickly . She knew she'd cut me off , I tried again ; "Dan-"

"Bye" She said quickly . She grabbed Keenen's wrist and pulled him towards the door . She was taking her truck to , so i'd have to ride with Ken . I sighed . "Don't you enjoy my company ?"  he asked laughing . I rolled my eyes .

I leaned back in my seat . I turned my gaze towards his face , I studied him . "Have you ever thought about getting tattoos" I asked him , I didn't mean to ask that out loud . It just came out .
