Chapter Ten

Skyler's P.O.V.

        It has been two weeks since I started living with Liam and the boys. The first week was great! We all got along well and pretty much just watched movies and layed around. Nothing super spectacular. This last week, I've been kind of lonely. The boys had to go stay a few hours away for a week, to promote their new music. So, basically I've been alone. I got to spend time with Eleanor, Perrie, and Liam's girlfriend Sophia though. We went shopping yesterday, and they were all coming over tonight so we can prepare dinner for the boys, who were returning home tonight. The three girls all took me in and treated me as if I was their little sister. We were all already so close.

        "Sooooo, Sky." Perrie broke the silence while we were cooking pasta.

        "Yessssss, Per?"

        "The girls and I were curious, we haven't talked about this yet, but is there someone special in baby Payne's life? Hmm? If you know what I mean?" Perrie said while wiggling her eyebrows. El and Soph just stood there and giggled.

        I just blushed. Niall was definitely always in my head. He hasn't really made a move on me, so I just think that maybe he's not interested. I mean, it might be weird to date his best friend's little sister. Basically Niall hasn't really been all huggy lately. He's pretty much kept his distance. I wish he wasn't. He's been all quiet lately. Louis has been very touchy and cuddly with me though. But he's just like a brother to me, plus he's so in love with El. Harry has been around me too. Him and I have become quite the best of friends since he took me out to breakfast. Zayn and Liam both are highly protective of me. They always make sure if I want to leave that someone comes with me.

        "Ooooooh, girl. There is someone. Look at the way she's blushing!" El screamed.

        "Who is it?! Tell us, babe! I won't tell Liam, I swear." Sophia said while sending me a wink.

        "I um, I think I might like Niall..." I squeaked.

        "OH MY GOD. I WOULD TOTALLY SHIP YOU GUYS. I HAVE TO FIND OUT IF HE LIKES YOU." Perrie started to freak out.

        "Awwwww that's so cute Sky. You guys would be so cute together. I'm gonna kick his ass if he doesn't go after you. Or maybe have Li do it for me." Soph said.

        "YOUR SHIP NAME COULD BE SKIALL." El joined in.

        "Guys, I don't think he actually likes me. I mean why would he? Plus he's been so distant. Like he barely talks to me. And then when Harry is around me he looks so pissed off."

        "First of all, what do you mean why would he like you? You're drop dead gorgeous Skyler Payne. And you have a fantastic personality. Don't ever say that about yourself again." Eleanor said sternly. I just blushed and nodded.

        "Second of all, the thing with Harry. Niall is obviously jealous. Hence why he looks so pissed off when Harry's around you. When did he start getting distant?" Sophia joined in.

        "Like right after Harry took me out for breakfast."

        "Sky! That's why! He probably thinks you're interested in Harry! Don't worry babe, we'll get him to realize you're not. We'll get you two together." Perrie said with a sly smile.

Perrie's P.O.V.

Babe, calm down. He's not gonna make a move. He thinks Sky is interested in Harry. I've talked to both Skyler and Harry and they're just close friends, but Niall doesn't believe me.

Niall likes her! I repeat, NIALL LIKES SKYLER! Buuuuuut, he thinks she likes Harry. So. Plan?

        I look up at the two and saw them both smirking at me. All of a sudden Eleanor got a look of pure excitement on her face. Skyler was stirring the pot of pasta while the three of us all had a silent conversation.

        "Hey, Sky? Do you like playing truth or dare?" Eleanor asked. I swear she is Louis' soul mate. He loves that game. Plus, it's a perfect way to get Niall and Skyler to realize they should be together.

        "Um, yeah, it's okay, I guess? Why?" she looked so confused while asking this.

        "Oh, it's just tradition that we play it whenever the boys come home." I answered her question. I'm so excited for this.

Liam's P.O.V.

        We just got back to the house. All of the boys knew about the plan to set Niall and Skyler up while playing truth or dare. Sophia, Eleanor, and Perrie made a group message for all of us, except of course, Niall and Sky. First we are going to eat dinner, and then we'll play.

        "Wow, guys. The pasta was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!" Harry said to the girls. Time to suggest the game.

        "Hmmm, what should we do since we're all back together?" I nonchalantly asked everyone.

        "TRUTH OR DARE!" Lou and El both screamed at the same time.

        "Alright." Everyone agreed.

        Time to get this plan set into action. I'm so tired of what's been going on. I've had several talks with Niall, because he hasn't been acting like his cheery self ever since Sky went to eat with Harry. He told me that he feels terrible because he thinks my sister likes Harry. I personally didn't know who she liked. I felt like it was Niall though. And that was confirmed when Zayn told me about Perrie texting him.

        "Let's get started then." I said while looking at everyone. They all nodded. This is going to be fun.

I feel like it's so typical for them to play truth or dare, but I'm going to make it a bit more unique.
